reception were absent on many occassions or took ages to answer phone. bedrooms not kitted out well. no tvs. only phone in sitting room to contact reception. All rooms only two king beds. cannot split...no roll out beds ever available . very unusual for 5 star. traffic jbr constantly busy...long wait times going anywhere.

amazing hotel, the only negative note is the nightclub on the reception floor which can be heard at night. another negative note in this period is the presence of a nearby construction site for the construction of a skyscraper and this makes relaxing in the pool impossible due to excessive noise. furthermore in my room number 105 one of the two bathrooms had smelly vc pipes and this sewage smell was throughout the apartment.

The room was huge and luxurious, more than enough space for the 6 of us to stay comfortably. The staff was very quick in addressing minor issues ie broken toaster, loose faucet and not enough bath towels. The only negative point is the problem with the pool chairs, all were reserved early in the morning.. I will always check out Sonder in the next cities I will visit!

For the second time i am there the ac is not working properly, the indor temperature was approximately 27 degrees celcius, had constant headache caused of this. This second time this is happening. I also recommend not high floor, duo to the heat and noise from machines at the top. This not okey for a place with excellent location. It’s also too high music that you can hear in apartment and at swimming pool

We had the biggest suite. 4 bedroom 5 washrooms. The view from the suite was really nice but it is not well furnished. From the accessories to the furniture it is very basic. We had a single 36 inches rv for the entire 3000sq ft apartment surrounded by two chairs and a 3 seater cracked sofa. So uncomfortable that everyone wanted to stay in their bedrooms - no tvs in bedrooms - it need to be properly furnished to be considered a enjoyable place to stay.

Loved the property, loved the staff! Everything is well thought and well executed. The views are insane, the pool and location (on the beach) are beautiful.
The only con I would say is how busy the street gets, especially if you have a car. Traffic jams on the daily is no joke.
