Literally nothing it was really bad experience . Maybe the only thing good about it is the location and that’s it
So bad really bad , not clean at all cockroach everywhere. Yet if you have a friend want to visit you it’s not allowed for him or her to enter your room.

Big check in wait. And it was 11pm. I was the only one looking to check in. Very uncooperative

The outdoor facilities were excellent especially their huge outdoor pool. We didn’t get to use it though as we only stayed one night.
The room was very tiny one bedroom. Their were now towels nor blankets provided. just plain fitted sheets on the bed and pillows. The room smelt musty.

poor quality of beddings very thin, wood slot is quite apart no plywood thus the thin foam pushthru the slot causes back ache. no available parking slot .

The unit is very nasty and they refused to give the refund. I did not stay in the unit. I indeed transferred to another hotel. It was a huge inconvenience. I was originally booked to the Shell Residence and the property sent an email that I will be transferred to another unit which was very nasty.
The property is not clean. I will not recommend that unit. I deserve a refund.

This booking was canceled the day that my family arrived in Manila. We were told that we would get refunded, but no refund was received. We've been calling the number that was given to us as the contact host but he would not answer his call. Be careful with this scam.

because after we received the confirmation from you and come to the place at shell res. c-1 they rejected us they said we dont have unit and no approval from the unit . so we left and find another hotel but you already charge me.

Its quiet and peaceful and near to the Mall of Asia and airport at the same time.
There were no toilet paper, bathroom was dirty including mirror.

It took me 2 hours before someone attend to me
It’s so different compared to the Western accommodation. I have to wait for an agent and check in was worst ever. Never experienced this before.
