Great location, staff at the apartment are amazing, I loved everything in apartment.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent the people at the lobby were so welcoming and the attendant helped us out every single time with everything! We had fresh towels and soap in the bathroom - Asad did an extraordinary job, compliments to him!

A very large apartment with air conditioning and a huge balcony and well equipped kitchen. the room was quiet. The staff was rather helpful and friendly.

Paying the use of electricity after the stay, seemed a bit odd, especially because I have no clue what it was really based on. I paid 12 euros for 2,5 days coming from some numbers the manager had. On the other hand, it might save wasting energy.

Everything is chargeable It's not all value for money Everything is chargeable which includes electricity usage based on the meter bill, dog stay just for a night was charged full, definitely didn't feel like home. Just an absurd concept. Service apartment with too expensive pricing

The place is lovely, very clean, very comfortable, great amenities.

I arrived and despite three phone numbers to call, there was nobody there at reception to let me in. Also very hard to find. I had to pay the taxi 200 rupees extra to wait as it was dark on arrival. I spent £6 on a data pack solely to contact the hotel, and despite calling all the numbers, nobody arrived until an hour later. I was desperate for the toilet and very stressed after 15 hours of flying. This was an awful start. After this, the staff assured me I would be reimbursed for my troubles. I only asked for them to cover £6 for my data, despite seeing that hotel room prices had dropped by £10 per night. I asked them in person, I messaged them on WhatsApp and via Booking.com, but nothing came. The staff were pleasant, and I would forgive them for that nasty beginning if they'd just reimbursed me the £6 as they promised. I would have left it as a tip, but instead avoided waking them up for check out. Pity. Bar the security, otherwise a really nice place.
