The quadruple room with two queen beds we stayed in was great for us since we are four in the family! Value for money and good location for overnight stay as the hotel is only 10-12 minutes walking distance to Greenbelt 3, which is one of the popular malls in Makati. There's also a parking area if traveling with a car.

Little difficulty opening our room door. Good thing the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful to us especially when we returned in the evening.

I liked that the property is located very near the area where I had an early morning transaction. I just walked over there from the hotel. Checking in was a breeze and the free breakfast was okay.

facilities are soo bad. We even change room 2x. first room, there was water leaking from the window, 2nd room no wifi, telephone and tv is not working. when you book they said there’s hairdryer in the room but there isn’t. and more. the bed has hair. Got a lot more to say.

The staff are all polite and cooperative.

They have only 2 breakfast provided out of 4 pax and most of the time the food that we have chosen was not available, the telephone was not working, the shower and the sliding door in the toilet was broken. When we checkin, the room was not ready no toilet paper no slipper no towel no coffee cup no kittle no glass no hanger to hang our clothes, and etc., all these missing things we still need had to request. In additional the lobby was not air condition it was really hot in the lobby and not as pleasant to see as what you can see in the photos the actual was not nice.

Cleanliness are terrible, especially on the window area. No toiletries, overused towel, terrible signal of the cable, aircon doesn't work properly, no tables and chair, the room is so small as advertise, no hairdryer, pilliow is so limited and blankets, no hotwater and unfriendly receptionist. The bathroom light is very dim. I will never ever booked this hotel again! 100% not recommended! Worst by far from my previous booking.
