The apartment is in the heart of Mount Royal, you do not need a car. The Metro is a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, parks and shopping. Although the apartment sits right on Mount Royal we never heard the night life! The apartment is well appointed. It is a walk up, so pack light. We really enjoyed our stay, and will stay again when we return to Montreal!

We were so pleased with this apartment. It’s perfectly situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Montreal with tons of restaurants, groceries, and stores super close, but it’s also quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space, beautifully decorated, a very functional kitchen, and washer and dryer so you can stay very comfortably in the apartment. Our family of five and mother in law stayed here for a week and were super comfortable. And the host of the apartment, Yann, was terrific and easy to communicate with - always super responsive. We couldn’t have been any happier with this stay!!

Stayed here for 5 days in June. Heat wave outside but AC helped keep things comfortable indoors. Beds and furniture were exceptionally comfortable and apartment was clean, cozy, and cute. Loved the location too.

The apartment is super cute, clean, and ideally located for walking. We had a great time, just sunning on the deck and walking the neighborhood was fun! It’s also close to public transportation. We parked in a lot just one block from the apartment. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, lovely apartment in a pedestrianized (for the summer) area of Plateau Mont-Royal. Two adults, three teens, and we were very comfortable for our four-night visit. The rooms are small but cozy, and we were able to make meals for the five of us - including cooking out on the grill. Appreciated having the washer and dryer as well. We loved Montreal - the Metro is super convenient, the parks are beautiful, bike share is easy to use and very accessible, and the open street (Avenue du Mont-Royal) is spectacular. And so quiet without lots of cars! Highlights of our trip were visiting the Old Port, riding bikes along the Canal de Lachine, dining in Chinatown, and viewing the Aura Basilica light show at Basilique Notre Dame. We did all of this easily without the hassle of using a car. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for the excellent information and communication. We hope to visit Montreal again someday!

loved this property, its location, proximity to La Fontaine park, and Mount Royal street. With three young children in tow we never had to worry about things to do outside the apartment, and the kids always had space inside to have a little personal time.

Our stay coincided with an ice storm which caused much of the city to lose power. However, the host was very responsive and came over immediately with keys and flashlights. Communication with the host was excellent.

This was our first visit to Montreal with our 6 year olds and needless to say it was exceptional. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very centralized. There’s plenty to do in the area and if you venture out, it’s only a few minutes away. Communication was clear, helpful and quickly responsive. I can’t wait to come back and stay at another one of their properties!

Top floor apartment with seconds walk from tons of restaurants and shopping and minutes drive to everything you’d want to do. Check in was a breeze and Marty is the man! They were more than accommodating to help us with a parking and allowed us to leave our stuff in the apartment even though we arrived earlier then check in. We just explored and waited for the place to be ready. Would definitely recommend or stay in another one of their properties.

We loved our visit to Montreal and this flat was in a great location to get to everything! It was not too far to old Montreal, altho so very crowded and touristy, and not too far to Jean Talon Market (a long walk, but easy Bixi bikes ride) and very worthwhile. Av Mont Royal is filled with great shops: health food, bagels, toy stores, etc and we had a great meal just across the street at Chez Victorie! I would stay here again; the only downside being one bathroom, but it worked out fine for us! Very clean and everything we needed!!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looked just like the photos. The appliances in the kitchen were of high quality and we appreciated the air conditioning. The entrance code made for easy access. Great neighborhood - we could walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants etc.! We used the metro and Uber to get further afield.

7 women packed into this apartment for the July long weekend and it was wonderful. The location is the absolute best, tons of shops, restaurant and bars right out the door. Bixi bikes is right across the street and a couple food markets as well. We made a couple of nice meals in the apartment as it was stocked to do so. The beds were nice and all the linens fresh. Only slight issue is the a/c doesnt flow directly into the rooms making it a bit hot to sleep but hey its Summer time so some heat is to be expected. It was our first time to Montreal and I would come back in a heartbeat. The MTLVacation Rentals group was awesome for communication and accommodating check-in and check-out times. I would absolutely stay in one of their locations again.

Convenient location, easy check-in process. The MTL team was responsive and eager to be of help. Apartment amply stocked with paper products, dish washing soap, etc. With the bedroom windows open in early June, there was quite a bit of street noise at night. We stayed at the apartment for five nights and on two of the nights we heard loud conversations from the street below in the early hours of the morning (2:00-3:00 am). Just the same, it's an interesting metropolitan/cosmopolitan environment, and we enjoyed our first ever visit to Montreal.

From the initial contact to after our departure, everything was seamless. The property is as described and as the pictures show, and the MTL team was great to deal with. To top it off, the location is within walking distance of some great restaurants. If you search for a charming flat with which to use as a base of operation for exploring Montreal, this one will do you very nicely. The Yann team is excellent, very professional. The flat itself is comfortable and allows a group to gather for talk or to use as a springboard to the great neighborhoods of Montreal.

Apartment was beautifully decorated, showed just like the pictures. Kitchen was stocked nicely to cook. Great coffee shops and boulangeries just a couple blocks away. We went to L’Avenue for breakfast one of the mornings and it was delicious. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Kiss in Montreal! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we enjoyed our cheese and wine by the fire in the little living room and absolutely loved the cool area with tonnes of great amenities. We were a party of three women but this is also perfect for a family with kids. Our hosts were very responsive (small problem with wifi after a power-outage in the greater area), the place was clean, cool and comfortable. I will bring my family here for our next trip to Montreal - LOVED IT!

This is a very centrally located large apartment in the Plateau area. People watching from the many bistros and restaurants is probably the best this side of Paris. It is a very eclectic neighborhood. The apartment is right there. You are a few blocks from the Metro, across the street from bike rental and taxis and then there is the bus right outside your door.
My favorite thing was to go across the street to one of the many bakeries and small markets to pick up breakfast at the best patisserie every. There were markets and even a wonderful caterer downstairs with amazing pre-cooked meals ready to heat and eat and fresh every day.
It's an amazing apartment, well stocked and clean with helpful owners. We were only two of us with 3 bedrooms but it would be great for a group or family. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom for all those bedrooms and 3 flights of stairs to traverse.
But all in all.... a great stay.

This apartment is precisely as pictured, if anything perhaps better than pictured. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of great local dining and bars nearby. It was quiet at night which was surprising given the location in a thriving area of the city. The checkin and checkout went smoothly. The beds were so comfy. The outdoor deck was a nice place for a glass of wine to unwind after our busy days. Also the Musee des Beaux Arts has a fantastic Picasso exhibit through September 2018. It’s a great reason to go to Montreal, then stay here.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and found it quite dense with restaurant and shopping options. It also felt safe and close to metro. The layout was ideal for our needs as we required four beds and three bedrooms. We also felt the unit was very clean and full of natural light. The kitchen suited our needs as well and was equipped for any cooking we decided to do. Appliances were very nice. All communication was prompt and courteous. We found our hosts very accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions.

We loved the character and cleanliness of the apartment. Located next to many great restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the subway. The only shortfall was having only 1 bathroom for 8 guests. Otherwise, fantastic!
