Room was small and dated. Patched plaster., No microwave in room only a tiny one ,by ice machine. Small separate room for toilet and tub. Small sink and vanity. Very quiet and comfortable bed. 24/7 coffee in lobby.

Our balcony door was broke. And we never got any room service because of a paperwork mess up. The key cards often didn't work and the staff was frequently rude including bar staff. They didn't have the items needed for the drinks we ordered. The hotel was cool and nice maybe needs a little update especially softer beds. But the view was awesome the price was decent. The breakfast was good and hot. The indoor pool was nice and lots of wildlife. There was plenty of good eats right at the restaurant and a Walmart right across the street.

The rooms are dated, but expected that. There is a hotel restaurant, but they do not deliver to the room, very inconvenient for an individual with disabilities. Also, everything was over cooked. Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold foods. The room was a double queen with a balcony. Furniture was dated, some with minor damage, and some that had water damage around the bottom. The sliding door was ok on the inside the outside was barely attached. Refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, but microwave is in a common area. The bathroom mirror had some drawing on it, I assume in soap, and toothpaste splatter above the sink. As I reached in the shower to lay my soap down I noticed very curly dark hair in that exact spot and some on the floor outside the tub. The area is very limited in restaurants, stores, delivery options, and no nightlife.

Excellent Hotel, Indoor pool, breakfast, and service.

Upon arriving at this Days Inn, I was impressed with its location, high upon a hill. This Days in is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The lobby was very inviting, the front desk staff were very helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The hit breakfast was delicious and much better than most complimentary breakfast options. The outdoor fire pits and swings along side the outdoor dining made this a place I definitely will return.

Amazing place but you refuse to provide a receipt for the bill and the 3rd party company doesn't either so I am still just as angry as I was that morning we checked out. Every other hotel chain I use the same third party booking site for was able to provide me an invoice to turn into my company. I was simply brushed off by your staff over this incident it's the only stain on your beautiful hotel. Your refusal to help me when I know you could we'll probably make me not stay there again

This hotel is situated atop a steep hill, despite the signage - it's a bit confusing navigating the entry point from the I79, but that's not a fault of the hotel, that's just the way the entire town was built. Use Google Terrain layer to eyeball it. In it's heyday, it must have been magnificent. It has four adjoined buildings with four large entrances. The parking lot is huuuge, and I'm not exaggerating. The property is well kept, it's room amenities are adequate and clean. The beds are firm, it's like a 1970's theme but in no way I mean disrespect, it's actually a great thing IMHO. The only thing is the wifi, it was very weak but I was roaming so I had no problems using my own data, however YMMV. There was free breakfast, and my highlight was the biscuits, I have never tasted anything so delicious anywhere. I wish I could have taken a few with me, but I didn't want to appear greedy. I would highly recommend this hotel as it's right off the I79 and within 7.5 hours of Niagara Falls Canada, as this was my final destination. There is also a small plaza with other eateries close by, and a Super Walmart containing anything you might need.

Very nice comfortable stay

Days Inn is a perfect destination for a conference or a quick stop on a road trip. The staff is professional and efficient and the amenities are top notch.

Front dest clerk was not at all friendly. Charged me extra 10.00 said I'd get it back. I'm still waiting for it.

Was in a car accident on our way to our hotel. Car was totaled and they would not cancel/refund the reservation. Just added stress in a rough time.

The staff was courteous, very friendly and helpful. The room needs some work. The shower curtain rod is almost falling off and hanging at an angle that prevents it from staying closed when showering. Have to use one hand to keep it closed to prevent water from going all over the bathroom, making it a little difficult to take a shower. The elevator was out of order and it's a long walk on the stairs from the 5th floor.

This was the second time staying at this hotel and they really need to soundproof the rooms better. We got woken up at 630am by the adjoining rooms TV and loud talking. other than that the stay was fine, we only booked for one night anyways.

Pool was fun for the kids.

We stay here at least once a year when in WV, always nice staff, good location to lots of things as it is almost in the center of the state. On site restaurant is handy.

We booked a room that said it sleeps 5. When we got there it was 2 queen beds. My poor son had to sleep on the floor. I asked and they said they have no rooms that sleep 5.
