Great check-in experience. Katherine was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful answering all questions, helping with a shuttle reservation and linking the Disney pass for early entry. The hotel is conveniently located and had plenty of on-site parking, although there is a charge for it. The balcony room had a good view of the Disney fireworks and was fairly quiet. The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom fixtures (toilet/tub/shower), but it did not affect our stay.

We were evacuees from hurricane Milton. The hotel was gracious to allow out 2dogs to be with us during the very trying time.

I love the staff here at this hotel. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and professional. The room was very clean and the walk to Disney Springs was very safe and easy! Would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect spot for a family to touch ground in Florida and a perfect hub to explore all the Disney & Universal theme parks!
The room amenities allowed us to establish a home for ourselves, the free shuttle service to the Disney parks left us perfectly happy in regards to transportation, and the front desk staff has been super friendly & helpful - saving us from becoming stranded in Orlando by allowing me to do a long landline phone call to the AVIS hotline (the poorest service provider on this journey & in my lifetime who had deactivated a crucial functionality of our rental car remotely).

Being a DVC member but coming down for a last minute trip this was a perfect place to stay. Love how close it is to Disney Springs so we could just walk over!

The hotel was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Bothered me that they charged for everything - even coffee in the lobby. Location to Disney Springs was amazing and that is why we chose it, so happy with the choice

Charge for parking it’s too much for me. Also, they don’t have smart TV’s on the room so if wanna spend some time watching tv you got to be scrolling the channels. The swimming pool is old. Look much better on photos.

By far, this is the best good neighbor hotel! Staff is beyond accomodating, always going over and above to provide you with a wonderful experience. We have checked in at the desk with Evie many times and she is always smiling, answers all of our questions and provides a great first impression for the stay. There is a great buffet in the am, shuttles to all disney parks. My family stays here everytime we visit the parks which is often. We have never had anything but a wonderful experience here!!!

We were only here a night since we flew into Orlando early. Wish we could’ve stayed longer the staff was very friendly at the front desk and bar area. Rooms were clean and comfy. I would recommend to anyone in need of an extra night. It was also a 15 min walk to Disney Springs, which was perfect for dinner

Loved the location next to Disney Springs! Staff was really nice and rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms were a little loud. You can hear the neighbors turn the shower on and when the restaurant was getting ready for breakfast you can hear the dishes being put out but it wasn’t anything that really bothered us.

Room was in great condition. The refrigerator actually caused ice to form in platic water bottle placed in it. They provided two water bottles per day of stay.
The pool was nicely appointed. It has a zero entry portion which made entry and exit easy.
The bathroom were small mostly likely because of when the the hotel was built. This could make getting ready in the morning a bit problematic for families.

Nice to have a balcony room here, pool area is nice. It’s a good value for families who just can’t quite afford the Disney resorts, but still want the perks of getting early entry to the parks. On Expedia, it was initially listed that breakfast is included, however that’s not the case you have to pay extra. It’s kids that eat free. Like their happy hour for five dollar cocktails. Both bartenders were very nice. The parking entry at the back of the hotel to the elevators, was clearly very badly damaged from the inside, at least once preventing it from fully closing. Someone Seemed to have made a temporary fix on it, but for a little while, it wasn’t very secure. They charge $23 a day for self parking, personally I would just pay that extra money to stay in one of the Disney resorts instead since parking is included there and for the theme parks. Wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t fantastic. It was just fine for a couple of days here. And again, the balcony was very nice

This hotel is close to the Spring area. It is convient. The average daily cost for a room with two queen-size beds is $191. Breakfast is charged separately, about $23 per person. The shower water flow is too small.

We had a great stay, all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There were lots of shuttles available to Disney World.

The hotel staff was very engaging and lovable. The property was within walking distance of area attractions, and they even provided bus transportation to other attractions. I can’t recommend this place any higher.

Staff was great! Hotel gardens need better care. Some of the plants should be replaced for new ones. Pool was nice. Room furnitures are dated. Bathroom toilet and shower need to be changed ASAP. I don’t think I’m staying again. There nicer hotels in the same area with better prices.

Stay was good. Room was clean, shower curtain is not long enough so water got all over the bathroom floor causing us to use all the towels to clean-up. Tried to call down to the front desk for 30 mins trying to get more towels but got a busy tone each time I called.

As DAP members and living over an hr away this has become the hotel we stay at every time. Best location, clean and cold rooms. I would just stay away from the breakfast buffet. It’s not worth it in my opinion. Pool is great and enjoy that it’s open late.
