The entire staff from the time we got there and Jules at the front desk helped us and many other staff even housekeeping were exceptional with great customer service! Forgot they didn't have microwaves in the room but the staff was quick to offer theirs for us to use and we were able to get the things heated we needed to

The hotel was decent. Beautiful views of waterfront with glimpses of dolphins. The hotel is dated. I could barely find outlets in convenient places. The room was clean, beds comfortable, but the floor was a little sticky, not sure why. Towels were well-stocked daily. I ate breakfast in the restaurant, which also faces the beach, and the food was decent.

We had a great stay. Property was clean and at a great location. Our room was clean and well maintained.

Everything was great including Clayton's Restaurant. However the staff was outstanding. The parking lot was full so I had parked in the overflow lot. When I went to my car to get something a staff member came over and told me that a car had just left. He then went to the parking spot just vacated by the other car and stood there until I could drive over there. Your staff is your greatest asset!

I can count on the Oceanfront Inn to be a good location for the oceanfront. I only wish the toilet paper was better than it is and I also wish there was a grab bar in the shower. Otherwise great people and great stay.

Went there not expecting much...it turned out to be nice room with great view. It's older establishment. Refrigerator worked great...beds were very comfortable. Spare blankets and plentiful towels. Only complaint was elevator had a weird smell.

This hotel is in a very nice area but the hotel itself it’s not in a good shape. Lots of dirty windows, bathroom looks old and scratched and the door would open after a few tries. The coffee maker was dirty and dusty, I couldn’t make any coffee. The room door wouldn’t close itself, something wrong with the lock that I had to push it hard to close it. The hallway was a bit smelly, not pleasant. The ups about thsi place is the front staff and cleaning staff were nice and courteous and the ocean view from the room.

Very pleased with the excellent staff. The property is a bit old but it’s clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom wasn’t extremely clean, toilet paper was horrible, especially for spending $350 per night, the view was amazing, needed a table outside for our drinks, beds were very comfortable, clean and pillows great. Love no carpeting in the room, loves bo smoking. Prices were a little high I thought but over all the room was nice, just didn’t make the excellent status

The bed had a metal squeaky sound every time you move. I also found a used marijuana joint and a business card on the floor under the curtain in the room. The toilet and tub need upgrade. There was mold on the ceiling in the room and the hardware such as sprinkler system were rusted. The tub dripped constantly.

Convenient location to everything on boardwalk and beach. Rooms are dated but clean. Bathroom is showing a lot of age and not enough counter space. Balcony chairs are uncomfortable and cheap. Staff is top notch though. Good rates for an oceanfront hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were polite as well. Had an issue with my TV and fhey cane right up and replaced it. The sound worked but no picture was seen.

My family and myself went down to Virginia Beach and stayed at the oceanfront Inn. We were very satisfied we stayed the weekend for my grandson‘s birthday. I have family come from Baltimore Pennsylvania also and they enjoyed their stay there as well. I will go back again the next time we take a trip back to Virginia Beach.

View was amazing, right up next to the bike and walking paths. Hotel itself was outdated, but we didn’t plan on staying in the hotel room, we were only there to sleep.

Hotel and staff were great will stay again for sure, but upset gym that was advertised was a MILE AWAY!! only indoor pool, but no outdoor pool😞

The location is excellent for the beach and parking is convenient. The spots are very tight in front of the hotel, however, there is additional parking across the street in a parking garage. There are no microwaves in rooms. When we were present in the room when housekeeping came, they did not return later to clean. Upon arrival, the floor was very sandy.
