In city, with good staff We've found that we lost our Passport. The hotel staff, even though she was new and couldn't speak English very well, but she was tried very hard for helping. The hotel is located at town center. A little bit far from airport and iguazu but there are also something else to do around town.

he hotel is easy accessible as it is in city center there are couple of bus stops near by. The hotel is clean and breakfast consist of variety of food. The room was rather small but terribly noisy - you can hear anyone walking on the hall and the noise from street as well.

Comfortable new hotel in downtown. The service was excellent with a good breakfast buffet. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging a guide and booking tickets for iguassu.

Older facility that needs a few updates. Breakfast buffet needs work. Eggs were flavorless, baked goods were stale tasting.

Killer location. Watch out for the cabs that work for the hotel. They are not ethical. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, just stay away from the cab drivers that work outside the hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the bus terminal but actually we dint need to book a hotel so far from the Iguazu park. Bus took ages to reach there so technically hotel is very far from the park if you are there just for visiting the falls. Not all staff can speak english but they obviously try to help. Room and bathroom was small but clean with a city view. Wifi speed was awful, dint work mostly. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The worst thing was the noise. Till 3am in the morning, we could hear music in our room from the bars nearby. Noise level of this hotel is LOUD. It was almost impossible for us to sleep both nights. Breakfast was ok and we had to pay for it, it wasn't included. Bathroom had no amenities and there was just one large and one small shower. My husband had to use the small towel.

Always comfortable with ibis. We are budget try travellers And can usually get a decent room for a good price. When we got there we were put in a room on top floor but it smelt of mould so we asked to change, there was no question asked and they changed us to another room straight away. This hotel is located along the local bus route which is what you need to get to the falls of Argentina. Very easy to get the both we just asked the hotel and they told us what number to catch.

Comes with the typical IBIS quality we were expecting which is a good thing. English communication is a little limiting but that’s ok. Easy assess to eateries, market and busses to Iguazu National Park. Eateries downstairs means noisy party till late. Family beware.

Location is awesome, close to Capitao and Rafain restaurant and along bus route to falls.Rooms are clean and up to date.Negative would be breakfast and parking not included.

Typical of all Ibis, check-in and getting information at the front desk is a slow process. It seems guests have a lot of questions or requests that slows down the front desk. The 2 elevators were tiny and can fit only 1 baggage trolley, an Ibis feature I disdain. Breakfast though is good. The local bus to the falls is a 2-min. walk round the corner. Restaurants in the area are ok. Wifi was painfully slow in the room. And Hotels.com map shows the wrong location of Ibis. It was pinned an entire block to the north near the bus terminal when in fact Google Maps shows it way south.

The hotel is at a good location and new. The room is so small that there is not enough air to breathe all night so we had to open the window to get some oxygen.

perfect for a short stay, easy bus or taxi to the falls, within walking distance to great restaurants. If you plan to visit the Argentinian side, it is also really quick to get a taxi to the border.

Rooms were clean, but very basic amenities in the room. No information for tourists, but staff was pleasant and ready to help.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel two nights and we paid less than $60.00/night. Breakfast was not included but it was only about $14.00 total per day. The staff was helpful in answering all of our questions since we didn't speak the language. They even told is which bus to take to the falls on both sides so that definitely saved us money!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the IBIS Foz do Iguacu. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and its size and furniture were good. The bathroom was also in good condition. The breakfast is similar to what you find in the others IBIS and is OK. The employee at the main desk helped us a lot with direction for city bus and activities to do. Despite the fact that the situation was not under their control, it was very unpleasant that the air conditionner did not work for the entire length of our stay (3 nights)! It was supposed to be repaired, but never happened. We would have had an excellent experience at this hotel if the air conditionner would have been repaired before we left. But we would go back to this hotel!

All good. New hotel. Great price for value. All according to what was expected. Good breakfast (not included).
