Great stay for the second year, disappointed that the hot tub still isnt working. It wasn't working last year either. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful and friendly and you can't beat the proximity to the Mayo Civic Center and shops.

Parking was convenient. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage if one was to stay for an extended time. Both Mayo and Civic Center were accessible via the sky way. I'll definitely being tell others about Broadway Plaza.

My daughter had brain surgery so we went here two days before and two more nights, it was very clean, had everything we needed to cook meals. The staff were amazing! And it was right by the Mayo! It was the perfect set up for us, where we could be together but also have our own space if needed! Having the washer and dryer was great! Worth every single penny! The parking ramp was very close. The restaurants were walking distance and had the cutest shops! I recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint was that I could not figure out the steam room. But the sauna worked. The hot tub was out of service but they did post that on the hotel site. Seriously loved it! Ty for the best stay.

We stayed at Broadway Plaza for a Mayo Clinic workup for my son. Our stay was in the winter. So, the hotel’s connection to the Skyway that leads to Mayo was essential. There were days when my son and I were too tired to push him the teo blocks in a wheelchair to Mayo made is wish that the hotel had shuttle service. But, we managed. The concierge met my son when the Airport Shuttle arrived and brought the wheelchair out to the shuttle and helped him get in the wheelchair. The concierge staff was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and delivery services. It would have been helpful if the hotel had free breakfast. But, there is no restaurant service within the hotel. There is a large fully equipped kitchen. So we were able to get Walmart groceries and cook in the kitchen.

Our apartment/room was wonderful and it made my trip to the Mayo Clinic a much more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Broadway Plaza to anyone traveling to Rochester.

Great location! Property amenities need better maintenance

2 blocks from Mayo Clinic. Safe at night. No outdoor patio or sitting area.

The main issues: room had very little sound proofing. You could hear phone conversations in the rooms next door, sneezing, coughing, moving a chair, people in the hall, as well as any street noise (and I was on the 14th floor). Some nights this meant motorcycles or ambulances waking me up after midnight. Thankfully I didn't have bad neighbors, but if you get one, you'll be in for a bad time. The other issue: a lot of things were either breaking or just needed to be refreshed. The mattress had a massive sinking spot on the right side, presumably where everyone tried to sleep. The thermometer looked like it was from the 80s and was impossible to set to a consistent temperature. I found myself having to manually adjust it every half hour just to keep it at a comfortable temperature. One day, it broke altogether and got hot in the room. One of the electrical outlets wasn't working, then another stopped working, then one of my keycards stopped working. Everything else was good though. It was a nice amount of space. The wall next to the toilet was covered in something that clearly sprayed up and hadn't been cleaned. At first I thought it was urine. I'm still not sure. Either way, it should be cleaned...

I have stayed at this property numerous times while visiting the Mayo Clinic and have always been very pleased with the accommodations. I love having a fully stocked kitchen which, along with the spaciousness of it makes it feel more like a home. It is very convenient to the Mayo Clinic,restaurants and local shopping.

Clean, spacious and affordable given the room needs we had for this trip. Would definitely book again when in Rochester.

This was my third stay here and I have never been disappointed. When you are coming to the Mayo Clinic it’s like a home away from home. It is wonderful to have a kitchen to prepare your own meals but my favorite part is the closeness to the Mayo Clinic, shopping & nice restaurants. I wish the parking was included but having covered parking so close is worth the expense. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The woman in charge of cleaning my room even remembered me from my last visit! I plan to stay here again should I need to return.

This is an excellent choice if you are in Rochester for medical care at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was spacious, and well appointed, and relatively new. Previously, the tradeoff between staying in an apartment and staying in a hotel is the availability of on site restaurants. However, in the age of Doordash and Instacart, we were able to order from a variety of local restaurants and to have grocery delivered. In fact, having a full kitchen is an advantage over a hotel room. The apartment building is also on the skyway system, within easy walking distance to Mayo.

Very clean….some problems regulating heat and they responded quickly. Needs new appliances….starting to show their age! Staff very nice and helpful.

Very convenient, connected to the clinics, mall, and and restaurants via skyway, staff all very kind and accommodating. comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer, was very nice. They even included laundry soap. We stayed in a 1 br suite, the executive for a week, and a regular for a week and both were extremely comfortable

I loved the apartment living. It was so nice to fix breakfast or lunch without needing to order out from a restaurant. Especially on weekends when driving out options are more limited in Rochester. As the Medcity, many of the small shops are closed on the weekends. So, french toast made fresh in the apartment was perfect! The washer dryer was so handy. After three weeks, I had very little laundry to do when I got home. The friendly and helpful staff were a big part of our enjoyable stay.

We were there for several appointments at Mayo, and this place is very close to Mayo. And it's great having space to relax. Stayed here many times. The one thing that seemed to be needed was a nice Spring Cleaning on the furniture and kitchen floor. Housekeeping does a great job, just a deep dive might be due.

Very convenient to Mayo . There is no restaurant or coffee etc , but there is a full kitchen . We didn’t have a rental car so we had to take Uber to get to a grocery store for coffee and water bottles , bagels for breakfast . We didnt cook and there are many food options within walking distance . There is a washer/dryer combo which was nice to come home with clean clothes . There is a skyway from the hotel to the Mayo which was very convenient . It was also nice to have a separate room with sofa and Tv. There is no tv in the bedroom . Their are two bathrooms one has the shower and tub but it is just a basic bathroom , shower isn’t a rain shower and It isn’t a walk in type . A small tub with a shower and curtain. My only negative was that she Room was too hot . I’m hot natured and it would never go below 68.5 , which is perfect for most but if I’m paying that price , I don’t think someone else should tell me how cool the room should be . It’s a shame because the bed was so comfortable . I didn’t sleep more than a couple of hours at a time because it was hot . We did call and ask for someone to check if t which they did , but it didn’t Change the temp . It also turned off one night and we woke up burning up , my husband flipped the breaker so it came back on . To pay that much and not be able to sleep comfortably was an issue for me . We didn’t use the pool or sauna . There aren’t any amenities , no maid service , no access to light snacks or anything . That was ok for us

Beautiful suite of rooms, excellent management attention to our needs

We loved our 1 bed/2 bath apartment for my Mayo Clinic visit. It was wonderful to have our own space to relax after long days at Mayo. Concierge accepted my Target delivery before we arrived so we had everything for the week. And Chester’s (across the street) was on the 10 minute Skyway walk back to the apartment from Mayo so we could stop for our end of day meal. Literally 5 minute walk to all the best restaurants.

I came to Rochester for an extended stay for a condition treated at the Mayo Clinic. I chose this place because it was close to the Clinic and it had everything I needed (kitchen, in room laundry, convenience) and I wasn’t disappointed. The 1 bedroom apt was perfect for my needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition to meeting my needs the building was very quiet, so quiet that most of the time I couldn’t tell if I had any neighbors. There was some street noise, mainly emergency vehicles, but not enough to bother me. The parking was not cheap but on par with most downtown accommodations and it was nice to be able to park close and in a covered space. I only had 2 minor issues with the accommodations. The in room laundry was a combined washer/dryer so you could only do 1 load at a time and each load took forever. Being only 1 person, tho, I didn’t have much laundry so I planned accordingly. The pool area was somewhat dated, particularly the steam room (which I could not get to work and it didn’t appear to have been used in some time as the steam head was rusty looking) and sauna (which took 15-20 mins before it even started to heat up). I only used the pool area the one time & didn’t use the fitness area at all because of Covid concerns. (I was able to get plenty of exercise walking to & from the Clinic each day.) I will definitely stay here again if I need to come back.

The property was great and made our stay at Mayo so much easier.

We we’re visiting the Mayo Clinic and the location of this property could not be anymore convenient. We felt like we were as close to feeling at home as could be possible. It was comforting to return each day to our suite a s the kind people who ran the desk.
