We've stayed here over a dozen times over the past few years and this was our first negative experience at this hotel. It's a convenient and nice hotel that we typically enjoy.
Upon getting into our room (217) we noted a slight odor but did not find the source until after settling in the for the night when we noticed in bare feet that the rug was wet. There appears to be a leak from the HVAC system in the room that had soaked the rug and made some of the floor tiles near the window squishy. Underneath the rug it was apparent that the rug had been wet for an extended time and that there was mold under the rug - which is what the smell could be attributed to. Looking more closely we did note a piece of broken glass on the floor - but do not believe the glass to be associated with the moisture problem due to the evidence of extended moisture exposure on the underside of the rug.
We alerted the front desk to the issue, and they stated that they would have maintenance check into this issue. If we do decide to stay at this location again - we will be doing a thorough check on the status of the room prior to unpacking and settling in.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here many times and I prefer it compared to others hotels in the area. The only minor issue I have is with the water pressure in the showers. It needs to be upgraded or something. I have stayed at other IHG hotels and they have great water pressure. Other than that everything about the hotel is prefect for my needs.

Water is was not hot in the shower, lukewarm at best. Comforter was stained. Hotel has a shuttle that would take guest within a 5 mile radius, but was told by the manager there was not a driver.

I loved my stay. Very clean. The bed was a bit harder than I like but overall it was excellent. Roberto at the bar/ restaurant is an incredible asset to the hotel. Friendly and attentive.

The hotel was perfectly located for our dinner reservations that evening and festivities we were attending during the day. It was very clean and service was excellent. We would stay there again!

Hotel Indigo is always a nice stay and this one was no different… with 2 service exceptions. First of all the rooms at this location (I’ve stayed multiple times) are always clean, comfortable and the amenities match the price you pay. The bartender was friendly and made solid drinks. My 2 service issues… 1. I declined housekeeping so on night 2 I gathered my dirty towels and took them down to the front desk to exchange for some clean ones. The front desk worker gave me clean ones no problem but instead of taking the dirties he made me take them back to my room (6th floor) and leave them outside my door for morning housekeeping to handle. Not only was it hard for me to do since I was now holding the clean towels, but I thought it was tacky to have my dirty towels in their hallway all night…. 2. Hotel Indigo offers complimentary bottles of water in the room, upon checkout my wife needed to take some medicine she had forgotten so I asked for a bottle of water and was told no but I could purchase one for $3.25, over $400 spent on a room (plus bar purchases) and I couldn’t have a complimentary bottle of water….

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Frisco. All staff I interacted with were great & friendly! The restaurant food was fresh & delicious. Everything felt like home. I’d definitely recommend this property to my family & friends. Thank you all so much!!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Frisco was fantastic! Facility is beautiful, fresh, modern, and very clean. Our room was great and stay was amazing. We slept great as the walls are much thicker than other hotels and noise outside our room was so minimal. We will stay here every time we visit Frisco.

The property is in a pretty quite area, everything looks so clean, the staff is friendly and the room was fantastic in space, design, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I was really happy with my selection and would surely book again whenever I go back to Frisco

I loved the friendliness of the front desk staff. The room was great and the food hot and delicious. The pool is undesirable at best. It's nothing more than a hot tub on steroids. If I can stand up in the deepest end and two people can outstretch their arms and reach from side to side, it's not a pool!

The pool was tiny, laundry is apparently not included for guest and when we called for maintenance they didn’t even remove the trash.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel was beautiful!!!! Would have been nice if they had a mini fridge but other than that I give it a 10/10!!!
