The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. What made this hotel great was the staff at reception. They were there to help and had excellent customer service. It was fun talking to them and getting their advice on the local area.

The hotel is in good condition and the breakfast was great. It is next to a mall that has anything you might need.

O que mais chamou atenção foi o tamanho do quarto que não tinha nem uma arara para pendurar roupa.

Hotel oferece uma estadia ok! O quarto é pequeno mas aconchegante até. Deixa a desejar pois não tem frigobar no quarto, e não tem telefone para falarmos na recepção, ou seja deu sede na madrugada tem que descer parar beber água gelada. No mais é isso.

Hotel bem básico mesmo... No quarto somente uma TV e a cama... não tem um armário, não tem ferro de passar e nem secador de cabelo (mas tem espaço para passar roupa no 1º andar e secador pode ser solicitado na recepção). Não tem um espaço para colocar a mala... uma grande já ocupa metade do espaço do quarto. O hotel não disponibiliza toalha de rosto, somente de banho mas, ao solicitar, a equipe providenciou uma toalha de banho extra, assim como travesseiros e cobertor. A localização do hotel é ótima, em frente do shopping JL Cataratas e tem estacionamento. A equipe é muito boa. Todos de parabéns! O café da manhã que deixou a desejar com pão de queijo frio e duro, assim como os mini pães de sal: duros e parecendo velhos. O que salvou do café da manhã foi o café e o suco verde.

Atendimento foi gentil, rápido e eficiente. Por ser um hotel de bandeira consagrada e de características definidas (econômico), as instalações são compactas .. mas limpas, silenciosas, funcionais e confortáveis. A localização do Hotel também é favorecida por ser em frente a um Shopping Center. Voltarei a me hospedar.

Muito bom! Excelente custo beneficio, ótima localização, em frente ao Shopping, atendimento muito bom...de todos, seja recepção, cozinha, limpeza. Nada a reclamar. Parabéns pelo trabalho desempenhado até aqui.

De modo geral vale o custo. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e os travesseiros são baixos.

Dentro do esperado para a categoria. Ótimo custo benefício. Segunda vez q fico e recomendo. Café da manhã pago a parte e também vale muito a pena. Nota 10.

This is the worst ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. At the first entrance, the girl at the reception made disrespectful and naughty movements.Pointing like a buck with his hand and I will not do your thing, go and do the other staff.On the same day I went to give the dryer again, this girl was there, left the reception empty and went to the back room. I said I would give the dryer.He did not get up, continued to sit, turned his head.I made a complaint to his manager. He did nothing. He wrote how I can help you.the only thing done in such cases in the world is that the worker who is disrespectful comes and apologizes to the customer.3 days before my departure day, cleaners knocked on the door even though there was a do not disturb paper at the door and they disturbed you not going out.when my departure day came the whole hotel was empty I had 3 rooms including me in the whole hotel.I said I will go to the airport at 5 am if I check out at 12, can I stay in the room until that time.They did not let me sit in the lobby for 5 hours, even though all the rooms are empty, they said absolutely not, then if you pay for every hour, reseption said.I am not satisfied at this hotel and I will write to the accor hotel chain with an e-mail explaining all the events I have experienced

The hotel identifies itself as budget so set your expectations accordingly. Rooms and beds are very small and you will have only the essentials. On the other hand, I found it very clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is worth the price. I recommend it.

Clean, safe and inexpensive property with access to public transportation. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the kind staff.

Everything worked quite well. Convenient location.

Leack on shower box Tight beds Small room for 3 ....

We are 3 adults and they put us in a tiny room with a bunk bed! WTH! Room was extremely small and not many plugs to recharge our electronics. We all had luggage and no room for them all. The bathroom was tiny and the shower door didn’t shut so there was water all over the floor. No hand towels or enough towels for us all. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Great staff, shower, location, and foam mattress. Close enough to the bus station from Argentina to walk and opposite a mall with a late food court.

MUY BUENO TODO, UN POCO DISTANTE DE LA ZONA DE RESTAURANTES, SALVO LA CERCANIA CON EL SHOPPING. IDEAL PARA IR CON AUTO.

It was great place close to shopping centre and bus. Room was clean and shower was clean. I recommend the hotel. Taking bus from front of shopping mall to terminal and take bus 120 to the fall.

Guestrooms smell fresh and new, breakfast was fantastic! Loved the view from my room. Staff were helpful, but many don't speak English.

It is a good hotel. All the room facilities in this hotel look new and clean. There is a big shopping mall nect to it.

New, nice, clean and friendly staff. It is situated in a very good location. Close to a mall and 20 minutes from the bus terminal. Breakfast is 18 brl per person.
