Very friendly and helpful, clean, but with a feeling of being run down, everything well worn including towels, also carpets and extreme use of air freshener in the room not great. Good location.

Pirate boat outside on the cost was very noisy and kept us awake in the night. Breakfast was very good.

Very good location, about 10 min from Skandenberg Sq. If you like to take public transportation, this is where you go.
Hotel is on a main avenue and obviously it is a little noisy. However, they kept the window blinds closed so that decreased the noise level. Good a/c, clean bathroom. Room is adequate in size, has good internet access. On my 2nd day I was surprised that the personnel told me to have some breakfast, which was not mentioned in my reservation. All in all, I had a good time in this hotel.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center. However, the hotel itself is quite old and outdated. There was a strong smell of smoke inside the hotel, and our room was so smelly at night that we had to use towels to cover the air vents. The staff was generally blunt and unwelcoming, with the exception of a young boy who was polite. The breakfast was terrible, served in a room that reeked of cigarettes, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. Additionally, staff members were listening to videos out loud, which added to the overall unpleasant experience

Great hotel and great location. Very close to downtown and very walkable and accessible. Well worth the price along with an amazing daily breakfast.

The rooms need some maintenance. Had to change rooms due to leaking hose in the bathroom and the tv did not work.

The hotel was very central, staff very helpful and very safe location.Hotel very clean but not very modern but for the price was perfect. It was noisy so take earplugs ,but think is just Tirana a very noisy city that doesn't sleep.

I have a great experience staying at Kruja Hotel. Very good price and excellent service. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. My bedroom was big, lots of hot water, towels and fast internet. Breakfast was buffet, not a big selection but everything was delicious. The location is great, just few minutes walking distance from the main central square, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. If I go back to Tirana surely I will stay at this same place.

I love this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. Plus the location is excellent, within easy reach of Skanderbeg Square and other important sites in Tirana. All are an easy walk from the hotel.

Very clean location and very friendly and helpful owners. The garden behind the hotel is a quiet, green place, away from the busy and crowded street.
The only thing you should know is that you can hear the noise from outside even tough the windows are closed. Anyway I would come back at anytime because of the warmhearted people. Eve

The owners were super cute and nice. But we had the street front room, and it was ver noisy. The windows are super thin, you could hear anyone on the street. If you are just here for a night it should be fine, but don’t expect too much.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size for the price we paid. The breakfast was excellant and served with a smile. The hotel is in a good location with all ofthe major sights within walking distance.

It has a very good location, 3-4 minutes walking distance from main square.
