The Hibiscus Garden Inn is one of the most lush and beautifully landscaped hotels I've ever seen. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. It truly feels like an oasis and it was easy to forget that I was in the middle of a city. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and every meal I had was delicious. Most importantly, the staff are kind and helpful, especially in reception. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Palawan and Puerto Princesa.

Great stay at Hibiscus ! The pool area is lovely and the rooms are clean and fresh. Would gladly stay again. The staff were also excellent and booked our transfer to El Nido. Only annoyance is the very loud chickens next door at 2 AM.

Lovely landscaping and grounds with a nice pool. Wonderful restaurant and bar, clean rooms, accommodating staff. An oasis away from the center of town and convenient to airport.

it’s a small hotel , but we’ll kept and clean . the staff were very helpful and responsive . I will definitely use this property again . they have a hammock , sitting area and a bamboo hanger where you can hang your wet swimsuits , outside the door .

Beautiful property! I felt like I was at a resort, often forgetting just outside is a busy city. Great food, kind staff!

Very unique and cozy, bath room is big and clean. If your tired of high end luxery hotel and looking for real authentic filipino hotel with bamboo ceiling and nipa roof but A/C is cool, the out door ambiance is also a plus with bunch or tropical plants, the hotel staff will go out of their way to meet your needs with a smile.

Staff were soooo friendly and the property is beautiful, especially at night time. The woman working most nights at the bar was so sweet and helpful. There are some nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, it rained a lot so I didn’t get to do all the tours I had planned but it was very comfortable just hanging out in the room and on the grounds.

This place is really nice. Very cozy for a romantic couple. The area is topical Philippines. One block over has some good party places and restaurants.

It’s an oasis again surrounded by a hodge lodge of ramshackle businesses.

My family and I love everything what we see staffs very friendly and comfortable to stay we will recommend this hibiscus my kids had so much fun. We meet the owner and thier kids very good hospitality, the food was amazing thank you so much we will comeback again soon😘

This hotel was one of, if not my favourite, hotel in the Philippines. We had a king room and it was enormous with our own garden, seriously it was massive, as was the bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. Then grounds were really cool with a nice clean swimming pool which was lit up at night, plenty of sun loungers and some day beds. It was really well designed as there were hammocks outside each room too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though you are in the city this place is set back from the road and it feels like you're more in the jungle due to the design, really cool chilled out place. Also on a road with quite a few restaurants so there are other options to eat, however the Hibiscus restaurant is very good and people come from other places to eat there. 10/15 min tricycle ride to the airport dependant on time of day, in rush hour probably 30-60 mins. Only comment would be that if you're using Puerto Princessa to get to the underground river, don't bother. Stay in Sabang, its way easier and cheaper. Would definitely stay in Hibiscus again, great hotel and insane value for money.

We had a stop over here ... spent less than 24 hours but would have liked to stay here longer. Got a convenient massage to the room and got a free airport shuttle in the morning and enjoyed dinner by the pool upon our arrival. Great place !

HIbiscus is wonderful for families, the staff looks happy and super friendly. Lots of beautiful spaces to relax in and very spacious rooms. The lay out of the hotel landscape is beautiful with a mix of filipino, spanish and mexican style design, very relaxing ambiance. Thank you all to the staff for being so wonderful and giving us a slice of heaven during our stay. I forgot to mention the excellent food at the restaurant, be sure to order the mango juice! Divine!

It was so great! The staff is nice and the grounds were beautiful. They helped us book a tour and even a in room massage. The breakfast and pizza were really good too! I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful and helpful staff! The rooms were spacious with a huge shower and cool garden area. The room was a bit dark, but who spends their day in the room anyway?! The food was amazing and seafood was fresh. The pool area is relaxing, as well. The location is convenient to nice restaurants and a short trike ride to anything else you may need. Thanks for an amazing stay! I’ll be back!

The place is lovely, with a pretty garden. I was on a solo trip and felt very safe and well looked after by the staff. The receptionist helped me organise a very last minute city tour on my last day which was a great way to get a bit of local flavour. They are finishing up a pool which will be an amazing addition. The restaurant is also really good. Really enjoyed my stay there, would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Hibiscus Garden Inn, we cannot find a single fault. The staff are very welcoming, polite and incredibly helpful. They really made our stay easy and carefree. For a start, they allowed us to check in early when we arrived from our morning flight, but also booked our van to El Nido, and reserved us a table at Kalui restaurant. All the staff, not just the staff on reception are super friendly and always greet you. The restaurant is brilliant, good value for very good quality food. Even if you don't stay in the hotel it's worth going to the restaurant as the pizzas are beautiful. They have their own pizza oven which makes the best pizzas bases and breads! The rooms are comfortable with everything working well, including good a/c and a fan. The rooms are decorated nice, and are very clean, including the bathroom. The bathrooms aren't mega luxury but they're very good quality, and plus, they're not charging anything close to mega luxury prices. Very good value. The hotel grounds are beautiful, lots of greenery and all very well kept. I think they're building a pool which will be absolutely amazing when finished! I love the courtyard area outside the rooms, each room has its own hammock and soft chairs outside, so it's really peaceful to just lay in the hammock. highly recommend this place!!!!

Great value for money and friendly staff. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to check in as the room as free.

We were there for 2 nights. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. Hotel is 2 or 3 stars, nothing fancy but good enough for our needs. Room is big and we had a big bed and small bed for my daughter. We had our own little private patio with a hammock in the back of our room. This place is so nice and quite but yet it’s just a tricycle ride to town. Breakfast is super good with french press coffee. Pizza was good too. Arlene at the front desk was so helpful and always willing to help me out with any questions I had. Free van ride to and from the airport was a plus. I would highly recommend this place. It really felt like our second home. Staff are so nice and polite.

I stayed her for one just one night, This place surpassed my expectations. The area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowers. My stay was very relaxing and peaceful.

I like the garden, nice looking Inn, the staff are pleasant & helpful, near the airport which is very good but no breakfast included. We order the hibiscus breakfast, it was pricey, we paid 180.00 pesos for a bread toast, scramble egg & a small banana?
