Charming apartment with all necessary furnitures. Very spacious. Lovely owner. Just a comment on the sofa to be improved, more comfortable with better pillows.

This is the best host I have had in years. They are so thoughtful and everything is down to details from the kitchen to the bathroom. We cooked two simple dinners with the oven. They have everything essential thing you need for a kitchen. Place is extremely clean, appliances new. Kids love the sofa bed and the TV. The only thing Is the bedroom is close to the outdoor AC unit so a bit noisy during the night.

The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and close to where I needed to be for our stay.
But you have to remember that it is a basement and there is a family upstairs. I think they were doing some renovations of some sort, into the evening hours. I'm also sure they heard my husband watching television. Overall, I would stay again, but would bring ear plugs. 😊

My husband, 20 year old son, and myself were in Kingston for a wedding. We were a little hesitant because we weren't sure how comfortable my son would be on a pull out. He was very comfortable. Everything is new and extremely clean. We loved it. We definitely recommend this place.

Clean, convenient and well stocked. Only complaint would be the very muddy, slipper slope to get down to the unit (didn't help that it rained all weekend).
