Room in wonderful shape - the hotel is less than a year old.
I liked the layout of the spacious room. Being able to swivel the tv to face the couch and then face the bed was nice. No closet to hang clothes, but that didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was the usual included with a hotel stay - I was happy to have yogurt, fruit and coffee. There were eggs, waffles, bagels, etc. We didn't dine nearby, but B-Dubs, Panera, and an Asian pulled noodle restaurant are walking distance. Free parking. Close enough to Mayo.

This is a super nice hotel, the best breakfast we have had at a hotel!! Beds were comfortable, pillows good. Nice fire pit area, we did not use the pool or hot tub. Walking or biking trails next to the hotel.

Very clean and very friendly staff. I was a little disappointed in the room from such a great place. There was 1 light that didn't work, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the toilet paper holder was broken.
The room was otherwise very clean, very comfortable and I will definitely stay again

The stay was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The common areas were well kept. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars across the board is they told us the bar was open from 4-10, but it didn't appear staffed and one of the guests told me I had to ask someone at the desk because they were multi-tasking. We decided to go to a place across the parking lot. Overall, the staff was very friendly though.

Pet friendly is ok but we had a dog accross us that wouldnt stop barking got annoying, 2nd maybe upgrade your tv's very few streaming options but all in all great place very nice

The room itself was well-equipped. Shuttle to and from Mayo was great. The fitness room was very small w/ no exercise mats. Sheets were scratchy. Not sure of prior cleaning as there was a soda can under the ottoman.

Always greeted by friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast in the mornings is a little disappointing with paper thin bacon and turkey sausage - wishing they changed it up once and awhile to biscuits and gravy (that’s not a deal breaker but would be nice to see).

As it is usual Marriot kept it standard.Only issue with pillows as usual. Too soft. Comfortable spacious studio and very clean

The room was very nice and clean, as well as the facilities, nice amenities. Room was great! Staff was nice and helpful. Served breakfast and had water and coffee. Close to restaurants and the mall. Close to the hospital. My only complaint was the bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. You could tell the springs were old. Not great sleep.

Stayed 1 night for a next day visit to Mayo. Excellent location, close to Mayo. Brand new and spacious room. Breakfast and parking included. Friendly staff. Lots of dining options nearby, overall great stay.

Overall this hotel is amazing and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaints we had was a horrible smell that was coming from the garbage disposal in our room which wasn’t the hotels fault, I think the people before us had some bad food in it. Only other complaint I had which is personally my preference is the pillows seemed to deflate after laying on them so I needed to readjust a lot through the night. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet, no noise from outside room which is what we needed. Only downside was that the Bed was a little hard for our liking however we slept ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott. The staff was courteous and helpful, and offered recommendations for dining in the surrounding area. They offer a free shuttle back and forth to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s, which was much appreciated m, considering the cost to park and valet at the Clinic was a bit expensive. The shuttle driver, Alex, was a pleasure to talk to every day on our trips back and forth.
