Great shower, okay bed, service was very good. Only suggestion is to include airport to hotel shuttle times in welcome email as I wasted 30 minutes and finally just got a taxi.

Just an overnight stay but must compliment the facilities and staff. Room was excellent, breakfast was a wide variety of lovely food and the staff went above and beyond. The airport pick up and Mitsui Outlet drop off much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Great breakfast buffet options. Convenient airport shuttle service. Clean and spacious room. Large flat screen tv, but wish they had more English station options. Great location, walking distance to many local dining options. Will definitely come back on our next long layover.

Lovely hotel, surrounded by lots of places to eat, plus supermarket and self service launderette.
Booked seats on the shuttle bus when we checked in, this is a must as it is very popular and will fill all places quickly.

Not too bad for hotel near the airport. Airport shuttle starts from 6.45am and interval of 1hr so be sure to plan your timing well. I like that the hotel is also quiet. There is a small starbucks in the hotel for quick caffeine fix.

Staff was very helpful, especially that we were a group of nine and needed airport transfers. They arranged for 2 extra minibuses to take us with our luggage. Breakfast was excellent!

Everyone at the hotel was really nice and helpful, the hotel is beautiful.
The only thing I did not like was the tremendous amount of flies. Is not hygienic at all having so many flies when you eat, on top of the utensils food… not good so you just have to be careful. Food was good too.

Everything was great, the service was amazing people is so nice. The room was spacious and nice, bed was comfy and everything was clean. Loved it!

We arrived from DC almost midnight after around 20 hours of flight and looking forward to a good shower and some rest before our next morning flight. It was disappointing to see the toilet bowl water kept running. Maintenance guy came and fiddled with it for almost an hour. The staff should have just moved us to a different room to begin with but didn’t. It was when we checked in with the facility guy a few times and he wasn’t able to get the job done that we called reception for a room change that it happened. It was not until 1 something in the morning that we had to move to a different room. Did not even managed to rest as we needed to leave early in the morning to catch our flight.

The actual stay at the hotel was acceptable. What was unacceptable was the promised hotel transport by suttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle I was promised was commandeered at the airport for airline staff, while my wife and I were shunted aside and made to wait some time, with all of our luggage, for another shuttle.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was awaresome.
WiFi in my room 10th floor was not working well. So I ask help from the front desk as I do have a meeting. The manager arrange me to have my meeting in the club lounge with a private room. This arrangement was great and I really appreciated. Definitely will come back again.

Stayed 1 night because this hotel is closer to Sepang Airport where we had to take an early flight. Disappointed that there was no shuttle to airport before 7 AM, we had to pay 150% of the regular taxi rate.

We loved the place the room was big and beautiful 😻. Breakfast was excellent the weather was too hot for us. We should have chosen a better weather. We would 💯 percent we will stay at this hotel.
