Doing scam - 1st denied check in, while I’m on call with oyo customer care , says me to cut the call n cancel booking , asking me to pay bit extra and he will give me the room
Finally after oyo customer care intervention, he gives me a room. But which in such a pathetic condition. Bedspread n pillow covers sooo dirty.

Staff are using verger language there is a no facility like washrooms are dirty water leakage problem, ac not working, rooms as full of dirtyNess, there is no certain locker facilities, cctv also not working,
those who are paying extra money to room service boy he was taking care only those rooms only he doesn't care about other room and customers, lack of inconveniences we faced. The special thing is management also part of this they also spoke very badly with us.
