The house was spacious for 10 adults and three kids . Great location close to the city centre, off street parking . Super clean , good kitchen beds were comfortable . Good showers .

. Down stairs was a little cold but they provided heaters for each room which was great. A drier would be great . Would not recommend for elderly or anyone who has trouble with stairs as these ones are steep and the main living area is upstairs.

The back bedroom was damp and ceilings were peeling. We also couldn’t get the heat pump to work at all.

The main factors for me when booking this property was the need to fit 10 people in one property and the cost. At just over $50 per person, per night it was great value. In all honesty, the home could do with a refresh, especially the downstairs bathroom. Extra bedding would have been nice too, but for the price we paid, we weren’t expecting the Hilton and importantly the rooms were clean and the sheets were lovely and crisp. Would stay at this property again if travelling with a large group.
