Clean and cosy room that made me feel like home.
Great shower room and ergonomic plugs that enabled me to charge all the appliances that I had.

Requested for a quiet room but was given one infront of the lifts which was noisy. That said, hotel checked me in early without cost which was good. Breakfast spread is decent. Malls within short walking distance & airport a short ride away.

As soon as you walk in, the lobby smells good, fresh, & clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Subi! Having a buffet breakfast included was so convenient. Ayala Mall was right next door. The connecting bridge was not open yet but it was just a quick 1-2 minute walk to the mall. Would definitely stay there again!

I will definitely return to stay! This hotel is clean and quite. Security is outstanding. Its accessible/walkable to everything. Easy access to taxi's. Service is very good, eventhough staff are still in their learning phase as it still new they are willingly accept constructive criticism.
The negative comment I have of that hotel that I should say is the undisciplined, uncontrolled walking of "pool users" directly into their rooms that is causing wet floors from elevators to the hallways. And i think that is a safety issue for me. Other than that it's highly recommended.

Prior to our booking at Seda,we were scammed for a staycation,It was a relief that Seda Manila Bay exerted effort in granting my request to surprise my daughter with a cake.
Then only issue that I had was the variety or selection of food during breakfast buffet compared to Seda North which I stayed last 2018. Looking for more selection of food.

I would recommend with the option for the gameroom and all the employees staffed here, someone be in charge of the room and responsible for distributing and receiving the items needed to use the games on the fifth floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby and get these items at the front desk.

Very nice room. Great location next to the Ayala mall. Plenty of parking in the garage. Great breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet does get very busy on the weekends. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Our overall stay was awesome. My kids enjoyed their time during our stay. Staff are very welcoming and approchable. The toom is very nice and we haf a very nice bay view. Facilities are great. Will definitely come back again to this hotel. Kudos!
