This is was 2nd time. 1st time we like it well. Staff was good. Some waiters in the restaurant need a little bit more training. Sometimes they forgot to put items on the dining table. But servers are fast to act upon request, with a smile. They could be better and probably best. Would be nice if the housekeeping could leave an extra toilet paper roll, instead of the guest to request. At the end of my stay there was a pungent smell in the washroom. Fruit fly appeared in the room, aircon started to leak 2 days before my check out. AC remote work on a certain position. Overall, I will come back and stay again, very good price. Very convenient to anything you need. Courteous, hardworking staff from the doorman, front desk, servers, room service and housekeeping.

I had a great stay, everyone is accommodating.

Always good really only one downside in that the property doesn’t have a lot of carpet on the floor it’s tiles and every sound gets transmitted thru the building kids running people walking with shoes on above you can get frustrating The property is great but no carpets no sound deadening also no double glazing so traffic noise can be heard which would be solved with double glazed windows

Service staff were professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. 5 stars here. The hotel is new; very neat; convenient from Greenbelt The building tho experiencing teething issues; the toilet had a smell; there was leak in floor during torrential storm which was understandable. I would stay in this hotel again.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Room was very nice with built in kitchen so we could cook our own food... Pots, pans and utensils were included which was very cool.

It was ok The restaurant is still not up to par I was there also in February and they put oatmeal on the menu with bananas they did not have bananas for 3days I ask for bananas with oatmeal as it stated on the menu but still none it the Philippines for heaven sake So one block away I went to the grocery store and got a large bunch of them walked back to the restaurant and called the kitchen manager and told him here how hard was that and requested the oatmeal with bananas again and also the next morning. I return this stay go down fir breakfast and request the oatmeal again I’m told we don’t have bananas. Than take the food of the menu . And to other choice are ok But don’t ask for toast unless we want it very cold they make a bunch first thing in the morning and just leave it out and when it’s ordered toss it on the plate for get about Meltedt cold butter on it . Hotel staff are excellent

Stayed here for 3 nights and chose it due to the central Makati location and close to Greenbelt shopping area. As advertised, location is great with added bonus that hotel is also on quiet street so road noise is minimal. Hotel is relatively new so room and fixtures are still in good condition. Staff kept the room and amenities clean which included the roof top gym (small but sufficient) and the pool (closed for maintenance during my visit). Breakfast and service was great but take note that you only get one ala cart choice any additional plates or refills for coffee is for an added charge. I'd stay here again - although not the most luxurious hotel, but with the convenient kitchenette and layout, this is a comfortable hotel for your extended stay in Makati.

The room is super clean and complete with our basic needs which is really well thought of. I love the complimentary coffee in the room. Customer service is excellent. It’s walkable to shopping malls, restaurants, etc. I will recommend this place to friends and families.

I paid extra for early check-in. I requested a receipt, but I did not receive one on the same day, and when I reasked for a receipt the next day, I finally received one. Also, when I checked out, I was charged an incomprehensible fee. When I asked what the charge was, I was told that I didn't need to pay. I was very satisfied with everything except the response from the receptionist.

Good staff and good hospitality

Pros: friendly staff, new and clean room, good breakfast Cons: poor understanding of customer’s request, poor hardware maintenance, poor service quality As an example, I had requested a half day limousine tour, which was not complicated at all. Explained with writing to 3 counter staffs at least 4 times, and none of them understood my request correctly which caused a trouble later on. This is a new hotel with poor service. Will try their neighbor group hotel next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was basic but delicious. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and things to do. I felt very safe walking around in the evening.

Very good the only thing about this stay is the room has a great views from to room But the windows are so dirty with construction debris concrete and just filthy you can not see anything it’s awful not good the hotel has been open sense September last year and still nothing is being done to clean the windows sad

My new favorite in Manila. Comfortable rooms with spacious layout. All the modern amenities one could expect in a serviced apartment/apart-hotel. Can't wait to go back
