location was good

The heaters were not working and one was broken, the access to the main entrance door was faulty and only got it fixed next day, the main entrance door and apartment doors were difficult to open, fridge & cupboards were smelly, old beds and mattress were trashed at back entrance, tv remote battery was weak, sofa bed was with sinking cushion seat, towel heater wasn't functioning, and carpets were literally sticky. rubbish bins were not cleared outside the apartment.

Great location, parking was good facilities were great

Not as clean as expected

The facilities were amazing, included lots of things you wouldn’t usually get at other places: iron, room fans, hover, first aid kit etc. The host was lovely when getting in contact also! Will definitely be coming back
