The only nice part of the property was the restaurant on the first floor

Room was dirty, found a roach on my food in the middle of the night and had to beg for a refund and was told I have to leave the property at 5am in the morning.

The hotel was relatively clean & had a lot of amenities, from multiple places to dine, a skating rink, and pool. The front desk & restaurant staff were friendly. However, the building & room itself have clearly seen better days. This is not a reflection on the cleaning staff as we saw them throughout our stay & were working hard. However, in our room, the light switch upon entering was partially detached from the wall, the back of the toilet was chipped and cracked, a bathroom ceiling tile was drooping down, kitchenette sink had poor drainage & tiny bugs (even when there wasn’t food), the ceiling above one of the beds had a hole in it & there was a brownish stain on the rug. If I were to come back to Ocean City, I would potentially consider giving this hotel one more try because I rarely spent time during my stay actually in the room itself.

There was a roach in our room when we checked in. The staff was great and very apologetic and switched our room quickly. Both rooms were very run down and had a strange smell.

Hotel room was nice if a bit tired, the staff was lovely. The restaurants and bistro were sadly disappointing. Very overpriced for very subpar food. Was also disappointed how early things like the pool and game room closed. But overall, the hotel served its purpose and we had a nice stay

Stay was not as expected. Room and everything was dirty. Did not know ice rink was down. Our main reason we picked this location!

Went here for bike week and it was the nicest hotel so far!

Had a lot of amenities- it’s a family place, for sure (we were there for one night, so OK for us w/out kids). Beds were extremely comfortable. It is an older property but well maintained and as expected for a typical beach experience.

Nice property on the beach however, its looking a little tired and could use a refresh.

Liked that the property was very clean all around the hot tub was very nice the pools were very cold maybe a heater added at least to the outside pool. The inside pool needs drained and painted with the way the property was clean the pool looked dirty. Over all our stay was very nice.

Broken bathroom door. Parking in main parking lot was packed. Had to park in parking garage and walk to facility.

Been staying here for years, has indoor and outdoor pool, everything we need is in walking distance and if not bus stop is right in front of the property.

The room there was refrigerator and that was dirty and also when I check out on the day the lady was rude and try to call security for me when I asked why my room door doesn’t working

The room was cold and moist. Probably because I was on 2nd floor above the skating rink.

Upon entering our room we quickly realized it was not like the rooms advertised on their website. Somewhat similar but definitely not what I signed up for. Very old and outdated, dirty from being used for 50+ years. The bath tub looked like a murder scene. Speaking with the front desk, the very young employee didn’t seem to care. Offered a “bath mat because the tubs need resurfacing.” That was not going to fix how completely misrepresented the room is online. She gave me another room to look at, which was just as bad. Upon reading Google reviews we realized everyone was having the same experience and that management didn’t care. We didn’t push the issue further because we knew we wouldn’t get anywhere. With a small child it wasn’t worth keeping him waiting after a 4 hour drive. However I will definitely not be back and make it known how terrible this stay way. It was very dirty, outdated, beds were awful. Café was absolute trash quality for outrageous prices. I literally feel like I threw money away in this hotel. Oh and there is not handicap accessibly throw the hotel to the beach. Multiple different staircases but not one ramp. We’d have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the beach. Sauna was a joke. About 3X3ft, hardly working. Can’t check out a towel from the pool without giving up your room key.

Loved the family atmosphere. Plenty to do for the whole family

The staff was friendly and accessible.

We were put on the ocean side looking at all the air conditioning and roof units when I reserved the other side of hotel. The balcony was not private and our sliding glass door did not lock or even have a lock so the neighbors/ maintenance from the roof area could have just went into our room. When we first got in the room there were tiny bugs on the counter where the microwave, sink and fridge were. We were concerned about putting our bags anywhere.

Had room on first floor next to outdoor restaurant when it closed music kept playing finally went to front desk at 1am and they said they were having trouble turning it off around 130 it stopped made sure next night the music would be off. Beds were very hard and pillows weren’t comfortable either no usb port in room to charge phone
