We were charged a no show fee because we arrived after midnight, which was always our plan. Never have I been charged a fee for arriving after midnight. They also could not check us in as they were running the nightly audit, so we had to wait for that to finish until we could be checked in. They should have the ability to give you a room while running their audit. The floors were sticky and the shower was uncomfortably cold even when turned all the way to hot

Our stay was really great! We always stay here when we come to Rochester! Never lets us down! Very clean! The people at the hotel are very friendly too!

Website did not indicate that both the pool and jacuzzi were broken (the main reason I booked the place). 1st room's a/c didnt go below 68. They stopped offering complimentary newspapers (another reason I booked the place).

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, so that's great. The floors in the hallways have weird random dips and uneven spots. Walkable distance from a grocery store (right next door). Heater for the pool and spa was out so the water was chilly but not too bad. Staff were super nice and accommodating. 8 out of 10 would recommend.

Room door dead bolt would not lock, Damage to the walls were not repaired. Just painted over (Bathroom) I would have told the desk attendant, but no one was manning the desk when we left.

The front desk staff/management was excellent! My father was having surgery at nearby Mayo Clinic and it was scheduled very early in the morning so I called the night before to check if we could check in a bit earlier than 3pm. They indicated they could not guarantee but would make note to clean our room asap to try and accommodate. When we arrived for check in early, they had the room ready and my father could rest and recover. Great service and we will remember that upon return trips to Rochester. THANK YOU!!

I enjoyed this hotel. Its our second trip there. My only complaint this last stay the pool water was very murky and hot tub was cold.

We've stayed here twice now and the rooms are great. The breakfast is so-so. Powdered eggs, yogurt and cottage cheese is not single serve. Fruit is bananas and some mixed fruit from a can. Two choices for cereal. You can tell they're saving money at breakfast. When we stayed the second time we used the stairway to get to our room entered and exited the hotel from the front door twice in several hours and each time the exit door in the stairwell was propped open, so much for security. Of course it's a Minnesota summer so moths and bugs are in the stairwell. The attendant of the front desk each time we stayed was seated outside on a bench smoking. The sign was up at the counter that said they were attending to another guest but I'm pretty sure they were just smoking most of their shift. They've got great rooms but the breakfast, some staff, and security is less than stellar.

this place was awesome. granted the hot tub and pool worked for 1 day we were there. we had to ask for towels once, and take out our own trash or ask for bags. but the staff was great food was perfect in thr morning. There was a light that was strobing but i just had my breakfast in the room.

The stay was very nice. I appreciated the condition and comfort. Sadly as we were leaving we had to walk trough a group of employees smoking right outside the front door. There was no way to avoid them or the smoke.
