Food was good, room was ‘clean’ but the hotel overall was very ‘tired’. That is to say it was a nice hotel at one time but now is looking ‘long in tooth’ and could use a refurbishment.

It was ok. Pool area nice, after construction I’m sure it will be better. Some staff nice. Made one phone call with receptionist and charged me 13 reais. Room pretty clean. Someone kept ringing my doorbell and when answered no one was at the door. They came in my room after I ask for no cleaning service and took things out of my refrigerator and rearranged things. Other than that, I would probably stay again.

The hotel is 20min walk from the zoo. It has a nice shopping centre 3blocks away . The bus station is at the zoo. The hotel has a shuttle service for tours and there is a small taxi station opposite the hotel. We had half board and it was the best option. No hassle looking for a rsstsurant. There are not many restaurants around the area.

The breakfast was very ordinary, actually not good. Service was terrible. And the hotel was a big walking distance from everything. Not a good choice at all

Hotel is a little outdated but is kept in good conditions. Room is comfortable and renovated, except the bathroom.

When we got to the hotel we had to carry our own bags. The check in process was fine. The rooms were a little bit old and the bathroom tiles had a little fungus in the seams. Overall it's not bad. Breakfast was decent.

We had a warm welcome, the hotel was nice, everthing was perfect, until we discovered a problem with the bathroom. Due to lack of employees to fix the bathroom at nightime, we had to vacate the bedroom at 1am, pack out things, and go to another bedroom. Funny thing is, the day after, when we got to the hotel early evening, they BLOCKED our access to our new room. We had to go downstairs, and the attendant told us we had to pack AGAIN, and head back to the old room, cause our new room was already reserved by another couple. C'mon! Couldn't they put us in a room that was not occuppied?! We obviously refused to go, then the front desk clerk said: ''Do whatever you want, but you''ll be charged $140BRL''. We basically lost our trip to Argentina that night, and on top of that they simply didn't put new bedding, nor cleaned the room. After a lot of argument, they sent some people to correct things, and told us we would not pay the room fee. Our hope is that the people in charge see this, and no one else has to deal with this unpleasantness.

We stayed in Hotel Continental Inn at Foz de igacu, Brazil. It is very clean Hotel and Hotel staff speaks English & Portugese. Staff is very helpful and can speak English. Their free breakfast is super. We stayed last week for 3 nights. We are 2 adults & 2 kids. We stayed in one room with two beds. It is an awesome experience. There is a taxi stand outside hotel. There is a Big Mall 2 blocks left of the Hotel. We stayed there to visit Igazu falls (Brazil & Argentina) and Itapu Dam. Hotel also introduced an English Speaking driver who takes us to Igazu Falls and Itapu Dam. It is very helpful. We Speak English and not Portughese. So when we visited Igazu falls, Argentina side and came back to Brazil, Driver able to handle the immigration officers without our presence. It is big help. My review is 5/5.
