The hotel staff were friendly and responsive. The shower had hot water, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. I liked there was a common kitchen and sitting area and the parking was convenient. Thank you.

I have stayed in Isla Verde many times for weekend get aways but never had stayed at Borinquen Beach Inn. The room for 2 was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, and the location is premium to walk to the beach or any restaurant or casino in the area. I recommend and definitely will stay again.

Very peaceful, close to beach and convenient to shopping.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. There is a kitchen that everybody can use and it was spotless and everyone respected the property of others. The parking in the back was a plus as well as the exterior shower. You can walk to the beach. The place is safe with security 24 hours. The only negative point was at the beginning of my stay when I requested hangers for my clothes and was told by one of the front desk attendants that the guests brought their own, but the management solved this ASAP and received some. This is not a luxurious inn, but it is conveniently located, it is clean, comfortable, affordable, the workers are friendly and helpful and the beach is just behind the Tartak Street.

It is reasonably priced for practicably being beach front and surrounded by so many dining options and some night life, not to mention Isla Verde beach is beautiful. The beach is behind the property and its an easy 1 minute walk. The airport is 5 to 8 minutes depending on traffic. It’s clean and as a single female traveler I have always felt safe there. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful.

All I wanted was a refund or for them to schedule me for another date. Said no. I been staying here at Borinquen beach inn for over 10 years. That’s the way to treat a return customer.. terrible.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and vdry comfortable accomodations.

Staff receptiveness and service. Cleanliness, kitchen facilities and beach walking distance convenience.

Hotel is ok. Room was comfortable and tv an ac worked great. Problem was other guests and children speaking loudly all night! I called front desk not sure if they came to silence the guests. I would suggest that the night clerk walk around the hotel because I am very very sure he heard the loud speaking.
