When I arrived at 8:30 pm, I checked in and went to my room. The door opened but there were dirty towels on the floor and the tv was on. I assumed they had given me the key to someone else’s room. But no, it was my room, it simply had not been cleaned since the last guest checked out. And because it was 8 PM, there was no housekeeping to clean the room. At the same time I was checking in, another guest was complaining about a flood in their room from the shower. That guest was supposed to be transferred into another room. However, they only had one room left, so they gave it to me and told her they would give her towels to mop up the floor. The hotel had very pleasant staff, but it was dirty. Once I did make it into my room the next day, the refrigerator was filthy and had dried ice cream stuck inside. There were clumps of hair in the hallways and they had no washcloths. The shower water only reached Luke warm temperatures, and none of the toiletries were filled to the top. Towels were not replaced unless you requested it and it took forever for them to be received. Again, the staff was very kind, but this hotel is not someplace I would ever stay again.

This hotel needs a total makeover period. Old carpets I. Room with a mosh mash of faucets and shower with little water. This was an emergency one night stay for me but I would not stay here again.

The view was amazing but they were short staff dont expect much as far as customer service had to put a bed sheet on the couchs but its allright. The location is great though.

The location was great. The room was very clean and with a great view! We had a problem with the AC and they changed us to another room, and it was even better. Breakfast was simple but good.

I stayed for two nights. The facility was very old and not clean. No bed making and clean service. I’m not gonna stay the hotel again.

Staff were super friendly, room came with a balcony and a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay. Staff were amazing. Only issue was the apartment floor sometimes was wet in the morning. Dew/sweats.Not sure why. Besides that, nice view and great staff.

It was a Problem with the door handle it wouldn’t lock properly and also was a Problem with the door handle it wouldn’t lock properly and also was a Older mildew on the rug I had ask for a wash Cloth every morning. 👎👎

This property has the potential to be an amazing diamond star hotel. It seems some minor renovations is needed in & outside the property. Nevertheless outside of the aesthetic it has great knowledgeable people working there.
