The hotel amenities are ok, we didn't spend too much time at the hotel so didn't get to use it much. But I just can't get over the fact they tried to sneaky charge me things I did not consume. I got a credit card charge the day AFTER I left, so I emailed them to clarify what that was. They sent me a folio saying the charge was for a Tito's from mini bar, I responded right away that I did not take anything from the mini bar and got no response afterwards. A couple days later, I noticed the time stamp on the folio was after I left the hotel, I was already at Vieques at that time. So I followed up with them pointing that out, they responded almost immediately apologetically about the mistake and confirmed the refund. Should I not notice the time stamp, I doubt they'll ever respond to me or take any actions. It's just so petty for a luxury hotel to try to impose charges that do not exist after the ridiculous price they already charge. I'll never go back.

Great location and great place to stay. Just need a little more care of keeping place clean. First our bathroom was not such a clean as it supposed to be. One day we didn't get our room fix. Everyday next to the elevator always trays w/dishes that weren't picked up til next day. We got a chance to visit "social" the restaurant and it was great food and service even better. In general, we really have a great experience.

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip that was meeting nearby and koved being at this property. The staff was wonderful, my room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool, deck, and beach were great for a dip or just hanging out, and it was easy to walk to the little cove in the nearby park to seim in the ocean. The patio was chill during the week and in the mornings, and then turned into a scene on the weekends -- fun in its own way, but not exactly relaxing. I'd definitely stay here again if I were coming to Condado!

I had an ocean view room with an amazing view. They had a DJ for a day party on Sunday by the infinity pool, which was a cool vibe. The service was stellar and the recommendations from the concierge were great. I would definitely come back to Condado Ocean Club the next time I visit PR. Isaac (Doorman) and Santana (Security) were very helpful during my stay.
