It was amazing, cleaning was very good specially praveen cleaner did very good job, Toilet, room design and furniture provided is marvellous, some issues also found like mattress is not so good cattle not provided in the room swimming pool is very small and no kids playarea and kids activities.

It was a long awaited trip and considering the proximity to the shopping centre and my past experience ( 18 years back) chosen this property to surprise my family. Paid a premium for a three night stay wherein I had the opportunity to have stayed at Armani hotel for the price. The shuttle service driver at airport was very professional , pleasing and prompt. Despite giving all details and opted for upgrade , was asked to pay about 2000 dollars per night for a chalet upgrade (per night) and have made all the payments upfront and it took almost 30 minutes for a checkin after a 22 hr long flight. Could have been better if opted some water or some refreshments. Had given requests and opted to pay for to keep some local dates, chocolates, for my wife and son as a surprise and found none of them being there. Called the coincerige almost 3 times to remind them and waited till 11pm . The corner suite lot of space was wasted , could have used it better. No cutleries in the room, there was a drip leakage in the toilet from the bulb on top. couple of time the room was not even cleaned and bed not folded. the perfume in the entire floor was so so overpowering that we had to close the nostrils to avoid getting a head ache. Raised the issue the day before departure, and the service was much better after that and they tried to offer a complimentary ride to airport. I am from the service industry too, there was hardly any who was smiling and greeting u throughout.. Little disappointed

Always effective hotel and top personal at the front desk. Excellent housekeeping and pool personal. If you want a hotel that has a a working fast front dest stuff then this is the hotel in dubai.

The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative would be that the technology in the room is old and you need to go switch off each light individually.

The hotel was only good to come back and sleep in. I chose it for the location due to work commitments (opens into the Mall). View from room was awful - pipes etc. No iron provided with the room, safe vault did not work (lock not working), power socket next to bed did not work, extra towels did not smell good. Concierge welcome service not great. As good as a basic hotel on this occasion.

Cash went missing after housekeepers made my room the first morning during my stay. The loss was reported to the executive housekeeper, the security manager and two other Kempinski team members once I noticed the loss after breakfast on the same day. I was told not to report to the police and let the Kempinski team to investigate. Investigation by the Kempinski team was done after one day, and nothing was found. I then decided to report to the police. The Kempinski team offered no assistance, tried to brush me off and rejected my request to cancel the rest of the booking (7 nights booking). I had serious concern about my personal safety and the safety of my belongings during the stay at Kempinski. The loss and the response of the Kempinski team caused not only monetary loss but also emotional stress. Terrible disappointment.

The front desk reception he have light at my sister my mother and sister ask for connecting room after finishing getting the key when they went up they found that these two rooms are not connected room again. She ask him if he can get a connected room. he said that I don’t have a connecting roomand when she said she will leave she will not stay in the hotel and duty manager he called. He said we can give you a connected room during that time they were very upset and they left the hotel he promised he will refund all the money.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Room are clean and wonderful Valet parking is great.
Very close to the mall. You can get into traffic when you plan to leave the hotel. So always give your self extra time specially during weekends
