Initially, it was very disappointing as the standard room accommodation quality advertised level was very much different than expect. Room dated, water not draining while having shower, TV not working properly and bad internet connection. Than, after complaining, staff organised an upgraded to "deluxe "room; which was far better than standard. The difference between standard and deluxe is massive. Very disappointed as per 4 stars rate (regardless price ) standard room should be much better. It spoiled the holiday a bit, as was too stressful to resolve. Also, games room wasn't available too. Although, nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff; which made all difference to our stay. I would say that staff saved hotel from having a completely bad review.

The place was very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. It is also located in the downtown area which is within just a few driving distance of any shops or markets. I recommend the stay

This was a nice hotel. Good for family. Staff was fine. The person who brought our luggage was very nice. Breakfast has many sweets. Overall I recommend this hotel you get what you pay for.

The hotel is far from the downtown of the city, The pool and the service is OK. But the breakfast is not so good, the rooms are not super clean. In general is a Good Hotel, but still a lot of things to improve regarding the price level they have. The wifi was not really good either.

Located on the north end of Foz but in easy walking distance to many places in town, close to bus 120 to the falls/ airport stop (5min walk). Big rooms, everything seems to work well. Helpful tour place (when going to Argentinian side of the falls). I'd stay there again...

Simple Hotel, bathroom old fashioned doors of bathroom looks like temporarily installed, lamps and sockets partly defect in total noch value for the money.

Do not ecpect a quiet night in this hotel. Also, the property is dated and in need of a renovation. I noted that this hotel seemed to cater to tour groups, particularly the younger kinds. The first room we were given was next some loud party/group of college kids. The Front Desk said “yes, the kids are there” and moved us to a different room. Apart from regular, loud conversations in the hallway throughout the night, i was treated to a persistent thumping and dragging from above. The hotel uses hardwood or tile flooring which only magnifies noise from other units. I didnt bother to complain a second time but instead opted to vote with my wallet and never spend a dime in that property again. Cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of town. There is a travel desk at the hotel where you can arrange tours. The tours were run by the experience operator, a little more expensive than the taxi driver quoted me but they speak decent english. We had great time at the fall on both side.

Our particular circumstances required us to stay for 4 nights in Foz Do Iguacu and after careful examination of available lodging opportunities we choose Hotel Foz Presidente II. The hotel is located in the downtown, is not expensive and provides all necessary services. We have reserved Deluxe Double Room. Our colleagues stayed in a much more expensive hotel but were unsettled by tiny rooms and ridiculous bathroom rules. Our room was of normal size and even for some reason contained 3 beds, which we found convenient since extra beds could be used to place your things on them. The air condition in the room was not working however. At first we did not mind, but in a couple of days the room became too stuffy. We complained and since, it could not be repaired right away, we were immediately transferred to another room. It must be said, that through all our stay the staff was very attentive and tried to accommodate all our needs. Free internet worked, the complimentary breakfast was good, but minibar drinks were pricey. The hotel has an outside swimming pool and we even tried to use it, but it happened to be unheated and the water was too cold. In the lobby a small travel agency occupies a desk and it helped us with organizing the visit to Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls. The hotel is not close to airport and is not close to Iguazu National Park. Nonetheless, the taxis are abundant and you can easily get to the park or anywhere in the city.

Clean rooms, save area, friendly staff (not everyone speak English). Isolation was bad. I had a problem that you can hear every noise inside hotel and outside.
