Overall nice little dated walls are very thin could hear people running through the hallways all night long while trying to sleep

We arrived at our room and it was very cold. We turned the heat up went out for a bit. Returning to our room it was still cold and went to tell the person at the desk. They informed the maintenance guy. He restarted the heater and came up with a heater. He monitored it all night. By morning it still wasnt as warm and we ended up with another heater. We had left them know that its not keeping the temp that we set. So, they gave us beach front room. Which it was okay! But a few things was downgraded. The tv was smaller, frig was smaller and blankets was thin. It was a cute hotel, friendly staff and nice view.

It was a delightful one night trip for my daughter and me to stay after a long day at her cheer competition. Everything was great! We will definitely return when we have to back for another competition and just for fun!

I came here for a night stay... The room was clean and the price was awesome. Great location near the boardwalk. I would stay here again.

Stay was ok. The pungent smell of deodorizer in the hallways was a little overpowering. The shower was slippery and the shower head was not adjustable so the spray went very wide. Also, the refrigerator door would not stay closed.

Amazing hotel! The room was clean and comfortable with a well appointed bed and bathroom. All towels were refreshed the second day without asking. Garbage and such emptied. We were on the 7th floor with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and sunrise. We will definitely be back.

Very nice. Ocean view and boardwalk. Could walk to inlet area in about 15-20 mins. Room clean and quiet and comfortable. Fragrances in roon and elevator a bit strong. 2nd year in a row staying here for Sunfest.

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays, which are pretty close together. This hotel was reasonably priced and right on the boardwalk!

I have stayed there every year for many years. I was very pleased to see alot of updated things,such as the sliding door. It was also decorated for Halloween. Nice touch.

The Americana was a good hotel for our stay in Ocean City. The location was excellent for our needs and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and we were right on the boardwalk, with direct access to the beach. Where we felt the hotel fell short was it was very dated and tired. Cleanliness was not the issue but more along the lines of poor repairs to the popcorn ceilings, stains on the ceilings, loud air-conditioning units, poorly fitting doors, and sketchy room layouts... in that the room door opens with hall visibility directly into the bathroom. Weird. And there was a pink whirlpool tub in the main sleeping area.

We stayed during the Ocean’s Calling festival. The location was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would return to enjoy easy access to the southern end of the boardwalk.
