Everything was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the level of attention to upkeeping the property was top notch. Also the food and restaurants in this hotel are amazing.

The hotel is well positioned on a beautiful beach in La Crucecita. The pool area is excellent and the pools themselves are great. There are a variety of excellent dining options at the hotel. The service around the pool was excellent and good value. Unfortunately what detracted from our stay was constant construction noise in and around the hotel. I raised this with management and escalated it, particularly as one aspect was constant drilling in the room next door to us which was being renovated. This was unacceptable but after 3 days eventually stopped (despite assurances each day the work would be completed that day). Front desk staff appeared disempowered to resolve issues like this and when escalated management were unwilling to offer any form of compensation for the disruption and inconvenience. I read lots of previous reviews around attention being needed to the room and amenities- given the noise it would seem some attention is being given to rooms, however basis changes like improvements to linen and towels have not been addressed. Given my experience with the management team, this does not surprise me. Despite the issues, Quinta Bella could be a great hotel. It just lets itself down in a few areas and when competition heats up, it may find guests make alternative choices

Would not stay here again. The whole place needs an overhaul. Stained sheets, dirty bathrooms and the main pool and pools off the rooms are in need of a good cleaning. The restaurants were good and the location to town was nice but doesn't make up for all of the other things that need to be addressed.

We were not informed about construction on site until our arrival. They should've notified is so we can decide if we should stay there or not. We order a virgin mojito and we were charged as if it was with alcohol the explanation given to us was that the mojito comes with alcohol and whether we wanted it without it is the same price. Everything over price. The only good and positive experience were the restaurants and the waiters service.

This property is a joke.

We loved our stay at Quinta Bella. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing. I was disappointed that I was not allowed to use the Orbitz coupon at the spa. Also, the day before we checked out we had payed for a taxi through the hotel to take us to the airport and the driver never showed up. We had to pay for another taxi because we would have missed our flight. Quinta Bella said they were going to refund us the amount we payed for the taxi that never showed up but they never did.

the property was nice, but a bit dated; they were doing some construction during our stay. A few updates will make this place perfect and it seems as though they are already working on it! The food was great at the restaurants we visited. the staff was very kind and did a good job with our group of ten. the beach was beautiful but supposedly dangerous to swim in because of the current so i would recommend planning on seeing other nearby beaches. the pools and showers are great if you dont plan on seeing other areas in hualtulcos.

Going to the desk did not result in any improvement. The front desk's WiFi wasn't working either. The pool was fine. The Terrazas del Mar restauraunt was exceptional. Has to be the finest place to eat in Huatulco. Went there both nights. It was the best part of the stay. Go eat there wherever you stay in the area.

We absolutely loved Quinta Bella! The pools, the beach, & the restaurants are a highlight. The beds & pillows are average at best. Staff were lovely & friendly

A great place to stay and reasonably priced. Very good food and great service at the onsite restaurants. The only poor point was the internet / wifi reception wasn’t the best in the room I was in (3rd floor wing). Not a concern if you have cellular data to use.

The first evening we were there, I was about to have a glass of wine on the terrace when I noticed a sign there that stated that if we consumed any food or drinks on the property that was not purchased from the hotel we would be charged a fee and that we had already signed an agreement to this effect. That was a surprise as at reception, I had been shown a list of rules in small print which of course I didn't read as it would have taken some time. The only thing the receptionist mentioned was "no smoking", not a worry for us. We were there over a weekend and they played loud music at the pool which drove us crazy. The beach is right there which is convenient but rough waves would intimidate most. I went swimming but because of the rough water didn't venture out too far to snorkel as no one else was engaged, scary on ones own. The staff was great. Restaurants we felt were overpriced. We wouldn't stay here again.
