Visited San Juan and stayed at this wonderful hotel. Beautiful! Front desk and entire staff are super nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very nice location. Central to everything. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel had excellent food and drinks. Lastly the staff were extremely helpful and service oriented

The staff was so delighted to help.They were very knowledgeable especially Keyla and Kritzy!! Will be back in June 2025 and will definitely recommend This property to family and Friends!!!

Exclusive and chick! Supper convenient location wise. Just glamorous! Both restaurants, Arya and Raya offered exquisite cuisine and the drinks and service were in point. Their sister property just a block away offers breakfast and it’s included.

The property gave a very intimate cozy vibe, I loved how small it was and the rooftop view/pool was everything. I had to ignore the reviews and experience this for myself and I am glad that I did because it looks just like the pictures plus more. I would stay there again 10/10

The staff is nasty and ignorant. The property is beautiful but rooms have no air. The air conditioning was broken so the condensation cause the floors to be wet and the walls to be wet. Ruined my luggage from the water. I was moved three times, two of the rooms was no air. The property manager Maria was so rude and ignorant. I do not recommend

the sliding door in our room was broken and could have been hazardous. The furniture in the room had prominent stains and the floor was dirty. Not worth the price.

I loved the property so much, the staff were very helpful and kind. This is a very convenient location if your not sure where to dine in, there are so many restaurants around.Also a lot of excursions around the area so you don’t have to go very far to find fun.
