I felt even the height of tourist season. The hotel was almost empty. I think it’s because people feel very nicer options. In fact the staff wasn’t always up there and they had to call them back to the desk, but everybody was nice.

Staff was awesome. The night bartender also checked us in because we arrived late. He was so friendly, he said “just pay in the morning.” The morning bartender was great as well. He turned the tv to American football while we were eating breakfast. Property is unique and had a really nice pool although we didn’t get a chance to use it. Beds are comfortable.

i loved this hotel so much! the most beautiful hotel i’ve ever stayed at. the staff & restaurant is great. they have massage services that can even be done in your room. everything was clean & working efficiently. i literally have no complaints!

This place was a beautiful oasis in the middle of a dirty/noisy neighborhood. Our room was perfect and clean, the restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious!

Not in a very safe feeling neighborhood but the property is super close to the airport and clean. The hotel itself is pretty and felt safe. Has security at night. Offers transportation to and from the airport. I got exactly what I expected for the price. Very nice staff. Didn’t answer the phone very often.

The Dolce Vita Hotel is a very nice, clean and well maintained place. The staff are very friendly and attentive, which made our stay very enjoyable, especially Jun and Daphne.

The place is located just 5 minutes from the AirPort - plenty of eating places just within walking distance. They do have a lovely pool and a small yet comfortable restaurant inside. We booked our Underwater River Tour through them, and the tour operators we friendly and knowledgeable. They arranged our pick and drop to and from the air port. Plenty of transport modes just within a few minutes of walking to the main road. A big grocery store is just half a minute's distance operating 24 hours a day. Recommended for Groups, family and friends to stay while in Puerto Princessa - Palawan.
