Close to boardwalk was a plus. . Carpet was disgusting. The porch could use a good power wash. Neighbors below & around corner smoking weed all day & night. A tv in each room would be a great upgrade. Rarely ant hot water to shower. Wifi was a disappointment. The toilet handle was broken. For what we paid, those problems shouldn't exist.

Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

There wasn't any counter space to put toiletries on in bathroom, dressers had broken handles, parking was tight, blinds were broken in apt 10, chairs on porch were dirty,
