Elegant and majestic unit in the vibrant heart of Montreal, where everything you need is right at your doorstep: shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, public transportation... With its ideal location, our spacious 4-bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to 10 people, offering a harmonious blend of modern luxury and the city's historic charm. Enjoy the fully equipped apartment and relax on the sunny balcony after exploring the city.
Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately be charmed by its elegance and brightness. The spacious and open living room is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable sofas invite relaxation, while the modern and sleek decor adds a touch of sophistication. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is perfect for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the adjacent dining room, large enough to accommodate your entire group. The four bedrooms are havens of peace, each tastefully decorated and offering comfortable beds for restful nights. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including essential toiletries. Finally, enjoy the sunny balcony, an ideal space for a morning coffee or to unwind at the end of the day.

Our property, located in the heart of the Plateau, is just a few steps away from downtown, Lafontaine Park, the mountain, and the lively Mont-Royal and St-Laurent streets. You will appreciate the artistic feel of the place, the high ceilings, and the high-quality furniture.
* The private terrace and balcony are set up between May 1st and October 15th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up.
**Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.**
Make yourself at home—the entire apartment is yours to enjoy.
The building does NOT have its own parking lot. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about parking options.
The apartment is set up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival
Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building or around with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.
For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone) .
If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and a 500$ security deposit). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
