Location was great. House itself was really good. I googled its erm...interesting history!
I kept looking for hands on the kitchen clock !!!!!!!

everything about this property was fantastic. it was huge and spacious, facilities were amazing. 2 minute walk to the town centre. beds we’re comfortable and the bedrooms were massive.
there is absolutely nothing we disliked.

Great location
House not clean - dust and cobwebs around the house.
Taps broken in main bathroom made them hard to use.
Kitchen plates not clean.
No reply from host when email received asking how stay was going.

The location was handy for the town centre although the house was on a very busy main road so there was lots of traffic noise.
The house looked fabulous on the pictures but it was rather tired and there were lots of cobwebs and dust as well as things not working, dirty toilets and trailing wires. For the price that we paid for a special weekend we were disappointed. I have emailed the company that owns the property and received no response which says to me that are not interested in all of the issues we encountered even though they asked for my feedback on the first night.

The house really is so beautiful! The bedrooms are HUGE, so much space. We loved the position being that it was a stones throw from the city centre. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed, only wish we could of stayed longer :)
The front two bedrooms were a little noisy with traffic BUT this is to be expected with a central location… the back rooms were silent, so light sleepers go for those ;)

The amount of space was unbelievable! Absolutely huge and perfect for a large group as you can all hang out together but also go off to your room and relax.
Decor was nice and modern and little extras there like kitchen items and ice in the fridge!
I can’t fault it really but if I had to pick something… we couldn’t find a broom or mop which said it was located in the kitchen cupboard but it wasn’t. So quite hard to clear up before we left.

The location is great, right in the centre of Chester.
Comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and plenty of space to socialise within the house too.
We didn’t feel there were enough seats in the living room and we missed having a dining table to seat 8, especially at Christmas.

Lovely big spacious bedrooms.
Good communal kitchen with more than adequate cooking utensils.
Like the little extras provided like towels, shower gel, sanitiser, hand wash, tea, coffee, sugar.
Location great, 5 mins walk from the centre.
Busy, noisy main road outside (add in the road works outside, which made more noise). Bedrooms on that side noisy. Some windows rattly in the high wind.

stunning period property, fabulous finish, gorgeous styling.
the radiator didn’t work in the lounge and it was very cold. this was the main room that our group wanted to get together in and unfortunately we had to use blankets to keep warm. it may be worthwhile to even get an electric fire on the lounge.

Everything as described and relating to the details sent to me in emails from the owners delivered on every expectation. A lovely home, beautifully decorated and furnished in an ideal location for easy access on foot into Chester itself with so many lovely places to visit. experience and take in. Had a great few days with friends and looking to re-visit when we gathering together again. Thank you :)

Walking distance to the centre of the city.
was a good size house as we were three couples meeting up.
It was on a very busy road, major construction going on during our trip and noise was terrible.
No sleep due to traffic noise in the night.
Wouldn’t have booked this if we were informed about these problems.
