I like the refrigerator in the room right by the bed. The water in the shower was a great temperature. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

My toilet was broken when I got there. The housekeeps opened the door while I was in the room sleeping and it woke us up.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Also, our car was valet parked and cost us about $48. The valet parked it at a charger, it’s a Tesla, but they never plugged it in. That was kind of disappointing since we had to stop outside of Atlanta to charge.

The only thing we enjoyed about our room was the shower, which was fantastic! The staff were amazing, and so pleasant!

The room was soo small for 4 people, not much room to move. Our "view" was a parking lot, but we couldn't even really get to the window which was super small. They also charged $50 per day for parking!!!!! That was not disclosed prior.

The room was very basic and could’ve used a garbage can in the bathroom and some abstract toiletries on the bathroom counter, such as hand lotion.

Very clean and modern, location was fantastic for downtown and the sports arenas. The ladies on the front desk and the bar are worth the visit alone, super friendly bunch of girls, made us feel right at home.

Rooms could have been a little bigger but struggling to find fault otherwise.

When arriving we were greeted by the amazing and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a really nice shower. This hotel is perfect for events at the World Congress Center.

Not really an issue for our stay but one of the elevators was down so the wait to go up could be long at the end of the day.

Rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, quiet, great location to State Farm arena, convenience store, late check-out time, clean rooms.

The pillows were thin and what seemed to be down stuffed pillows and very uncomfortable. When one member of our group asked for an extra pillow we were told they were not able to provide any additional pillows (group of 4, 2 pillows per person). We also thought the price for breakfast was steep (Around $20). We decided to go to another local restaurant instead.

Staff were amazing especially the front desk ladies, super super friendly.

Rooms were a little small

Location was excellent for what we were doing; attending Falcons v Vikings game plus local restaurants and bars and local sightseeing. Room was very good, King size bed, good bathroom and shower. Hotel areas were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Valet parking cost was a little excessive and the rental car was dinked over the offside (drivers side) front wheel arch. Not good. Breakfast options were a little limited although food was fresh and tasty.

J'ai essayé de me faire entendre par les hôtesses de l'hôtel pour me faire rembourser en vain. J'espère que Booking.com pourra m'obtenir mon remboursement.

Location was central to a lot of attractions in the downtown area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was nice and dark to sleep in. Staff was extremely friendly.

Close to food and activities.

Only one microwave and limiting selection of breakfast. There was only one rude worker on our last day during breakfast. She wasn’t as nice as the Hispanic lady who had been over breakfast the past days.
