Some cookies looked stale. Coffee was pretty much awful, hot water for tea was brownish. Egg based options were poor. Location is good if you want to be close to the Convention Centre.

I loved the customer service of the front desk staff.

The water took a minute to get warm-hot for the shower. However, the second day, water turned on quickly.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had a restful stay and staff were polite and helpful.

Just the location

The costumer service is terrible, You must make sure at the time of making your reservation that everything is as you planned and need it, because when you are there, they change the conditions and nothing can be done. In all the room offers it says that breakfast is included, but when you arrive at the site they tell you that it is not and that it costs 25 dollars per person per day, an unpleasant moment for a large family that goes with the hope of having everything planned and with a budget and that must be changed because as a client you are exposed and without any protection that looks after your interests, it is terrible on a trip. Add to that finding terrible customer service at the hotel, where they tell you "we can't do anything", call the person who sold you the reservation, you call the person who did it and they don't resolve anything either and worse still, they respond to your complaint 7 days after leaving the hotel, with a negative response saying that in the end nothing could be done and that they are right when clearly one is and the evidence proves it and simply in the initial call they take you out of the "taco" just so that you leave confident that everything will be resolved and just let time pass so that when they respond to you the same thing nothing is done or resolved in your favor and you leave and that's it!! and nothing has happened, everyone is normal in their life, nobody paid the consequences of their ineffectiveness and negligence because you are just another client (without knowing how many other people they do the same to). But your family lived a terrible experience that is not forgotten with anything.

La ubicación y la habitación muy buenas. El desayuno también.

Me resulta un poco caro pagar 50usd de estacionamiento. La cama tenia el colchón vencido.
