Closeness to the the strip

I booked a fireplace room and didn’t get it, the bed was the worst that I have ever slept on and staff was unhelpful also the drain in the bathroom did not drain it took forever to drain

It was in a perfect place and I got to see some bears it was great

The pool was too cold to swim in

It did smell clean

Outdated and pool was advertised but there wasn't one..bathtub had rust

It was a clean place to sleep

No amenities for $170.00 a nite. Noisy. Parking is NG. The staff on the other hand was very nice, attentive and helpful.

Our second stay here within 8 months time and they have begun redoing rooms and they are SO much nicer! It is a good location with a beautiful creek in the back, if they would clean It out also would be perfect! The staff is amazing everyone is exceptionally nice!! When all updating is complete will be a 10!

Just need to clean up behind motel to be able to enjoy the natural beauty!

The location was good. The staff where good. They did allow dogs.

They could have provided shampoo. There not ice.

The only good experience I had there was the lady at the front desk

When I booked my reservation it said the seasonal pool was open Memorial Day till Labor day there was not a pool I wanted to leave that night but I couldn’t unless I wanted to losemy money. The room was tidy but musty I left the next day and was only refunded for one night

We loved that our dogs was not charged extra. Also the location was great and the rooms was nice!

The ice machine was broke. We managed though, it was all good.

Dog out door spot was very bad the guest didn't clean up after self dog crap every where. Trash from. Dumpster all over place from. Local bears.

It was a nice place and that the dogs stay free

Location price I love the gas fireplace in our room and it was quiet

Parking was not great it's very small parking lot and they had a bunch of construction equipment there which made it even smaller

Everything was good. Only thing was the ice maker was out of service. Understand they are working on remodeling. Look forward to spending time there again!!

Bed not comfy at all; loud at night so if 1-2 quick nights stay wouldn't be that bad

Room was nice and looked modern and updated . Staff was very nice

But the hall to Get to our room had several old and broken ax units and fending machine in it . Weird that there was no phone in the room. Loud guests out side and when told front desk they told us they could ask they be quiet but they can’t make people Not be loud outside their rooms . Inside was nice outside was dated and looked rundown and junky But tub was dirty , and we had ants in our room. Our door looked like it had been kicked open before .

Price, location, refrig and microwave in room, coffe always available in the lobby, quiet, close to town

Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and two chairs so we could have a meal in our room more comfortably.

majority of property is under construction. loud noises, ice machine broken, stains on washcloth.

construction workers were rude and vile. the cleaning services were awful.
