nothing didn’t even stay left and found new place as soon as we seen it in person.

shower was poorly installed letting water to flow out onto the floor. couldn’t adjust the temperature very well to heater/air unit.

lobby stunk. Desk clerk was NOT friendly. had to walk around the corner to another hotel for breakfast and coffee, Which you didn’t find out until you checked in. places worn down and needed renovation

I’ve been coming here for years and I absolutely love the view!
The one thing I do not like about this property is the fact that you can’t have breakfast there you have to go to their other sister hotel it’s really not a big deal but it would be much more convenient if it was at the hotel I was staying at.

perfect location, with stores and restaurants all walkable
includes room numbered parking spot so convenient
short walk to get breakfast (Not a deal breaker)

The update inside of the rooms was super nice! The free breakfast was at the sister property was it was a nice breakfast with plenty of options!
No cable was in our room so we didn’t have any tv the entire time and while it wasn’t too big of a deal I wish I would’ve known ahead of time. Also I feel like you should have to park at your room number not just wherever you feel like but both things weren’t too big of a deal and we loved our stay.

Location, close to restaurants and attractions, very clean, price, balcony over river, check in and out was a breeze. Mini golf, alpine Rollercoaster directly across the street. Trolley stop in front of hotel, very convenient.
Beds not the most comfortable but nothing is as nice as your own bed so its not a fair comparison.

Great river view, and just a 10 min walk from Aquarium and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.

Holes in wall, lights out on balcony, tears in ceiling, beds not comfortable, some updates but old furniture.
