The price was worth it based on the location, it was amazing and it was only a 13 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The pool was very nice and clean. The bed was also very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The room looked really nice when we came in but we noticed some spider webs in some parts of the room and we came back to the room after a day out to a slight ant issue. I had to put towels under the door to prevent ants from coming in. Also the fridge did not work.

The Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg is a gem nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. With its prime location just 1.5 miles from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, it’s a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.

While the Quality Inn & Suites has its merits, there are notable areas for improvement. The building maintenance leaves much to be desired. Some common areas show signs of wear and tear, such as chipped paint, outdated fixtures, and malfunctioning elevators. Additionally, the housekeeping quality management falls short. Guests have reported inconsistent room cleanliness, overlooked details (like dusty corners and stained carpets), and slow response times to maintenance requests. For a more pleasant stay, the hotel management should prioritize addressing these issues promptly.

Prima ontvangst, geweldige locatie. Recht tegenover een rodelbaan, of een mountaincoaster. We keken op de weg voor het hotel en de berg. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van bubbelbad op de kamer en een open haard.

Het hotel is aan een renovatie toe. Zooi om het hotel, verf bladdert van het balkon, kapotte stoelen, een haar in het bubbelbad. Het ontbijt is prima naar Amerikaanse standaard. Het is allemaal wat troosteloos. Het kan zoveel mooier worden met wat kleine aanpassingen.

I love the balcony, the comfy beds and pillows. The room was clean. The staff was friendly but the office did not smell the best. We saw many bears just from our balcony. The value of the hotel is worth the stay and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good it is not just fruit they had waffles bagels, cereal sausage biscuits and gravy and eggs.

I didnt like that the elevators were out of service the water took forever to get hot when I wanted to shower the water barely drained in the sink the plumbing was not too good in that place. The hotel is a great value for what I paid for 5 nights though. I would stay again in the future.
