great location. about a 10 min walk down to chaos (downtown Gatlinburg), so much quieter and no foot traffic. although i didn't use it, they had a functioning swimming pool and hot tub. complimentary breakfast was pretty good, self made Belgian waffles, eggs, sausages. not bad for covid era. rooms were quite roomy and spacious, the bathroom had nice countertops, ice machines on every floor

the only thing i would complain about the room, was there was a stale smell when the AC was on. i didn't figure it out until my last day so didn't bother telling the hotel about it

Hallways smelled like people smoking in non smoking area

room was great but the two tubs in the room were very slippery almost fell in the shower and I did fall in the hot tub

Parking in the bottom is very tight

we had a great time at your hotel! exactly what i needed for a trip away.

Fairly the breakfast. The guy in the reception has a good job with the attention.

The room was dirty (the carpet, the bed). In a non smoking room the cigarettes smell is really bad, need to be updated, high price for that kind of room. No housekeeping at all while we stay.

The tub was the only good thing about this place.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. It was dirty. Had blood on the covers. The shower head was awful. No pressure. The hotel itself had a bad smell. The room smelt. No sound proof, could hear the street & other people. Weird vibration noise that kept us up all night after a 11 hour drive. The balcony WAS NOT private. It was connected to the other room. Just not a good stay. Glad we were only there one night.
