Woke up at 5:30 am the first night by vendors refilling snack machines, then cleaning crew making a lot of noise as well as yelling to each other (this happened every morning) as well as slamming doors as they were going in and out of the rooms. Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at

Great location in the middle of town, so you can get to all the attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was big and has a convenient bathroom close by. Nice variety for a hot or cold breakfast. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

No hot tub which would've been nice to soak after all the walking. Pool is heated but not warm enough for me. Nice little guest laundry, but if you don't have quarters, they may or may not change. Bill changer would be nice.

The elevator was out and resulted in carrying up all of our luggage. The A/C in the room was not working properly. With the elevator out it resulted in no daily cleaning of the room.

Close to attractions , at 3:00 am I saw a bear in the parking lot , good breakfast bar

Elevator broken , carpet in room looks thread bare , balcony door lock loose , coffee packets of creamer wet and hard like rock , ceiling in room needs paint .

Location was very good.

The room smelled bad. The elevator was out of service So I had to take the stairs.

Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. Location was great. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was meager. Not well cooked. Room was too humid and had an odor. Vending machines didn't work. Latch to patio door was broken so we had to leave it open a little otherwise couldn't get it open. Water pressure was very poor. I would stay here again but I would suggest management up their game a little bit.

Our room was full of mold. The shower had visible mold all over the tile and grout. There was a foul smell coming from the sink drain and the room was super humid and gross feeling. They didn't have any other king rooms available so we couldn't switch. The pool area was gross and in disrepair. The rock wall feature isn't there anymore. It's just a moldy block wall.

Close to Gatlinburg. Rooms were big. Shower was clean. Towels provided. Excellent.

When we arrived, there was no electricity. That wasn’t great. Because of this, we tried to get more sheets delivered so we could use the sofa bed in the room… but after a few visits, sheets were delivered.

The only thing that could be improved was the air conditioner. It was annoying with the noises it makes. I didn’t complain or someone could probably have fixed it.

Room was too small, water was like rain water no force, walls thin to hear other people, front desk person act like he was mad at the world & when I asked for recommendations he couldn't be bothered to give me any, breakfast area not managed, people had to clean off tables to have a clean table to have breakfast on,. Overall dislocation needs to have major updates because coming from another country in also in Tennessee for two nights previous is like night and day, stayed in Cookeville have nothing but great reviews about that hotel and the people and the person Manning the breakfast area, the people at the country inn in Gatlinburg need to be fired and restart with updated hotel and updated employees that actually give a s*** about their job and the people that come there to spend their money to stay for three nights instead of feel like a bother to them.. the only staff members that were cordial was the ones that were upstairs on the second floor mopping the floor in front of the elevator those were the only nice ones out of the whole Tuesday through Friday stay. Had I known coming from the hotel in Cookeville that my stay was going to be so poorly I definitely would have stayed somewhere else and spent my money and another hotel to get much better service then we received at that location.

The breakfast was great, location was amazing. We walked to everything.

The elevator floor needs to be taken up. Too much water damage. Other than that everything was fine.

Not enough parking on the property. Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool.

Check in was early and easy. Location is perfect for all of the things we like to do. The indoor pool was much nicer this go round! (Thanks for that) Room was cleaner. Breakfast was great! Radisson makes it easy to have a nice time!

What didn't I like? Let's see...Zero...Nada...how do you say, "nothing" in French? (Rien!) ,Yeah, that! Excellent stay!

Great location and price. The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly. Great view from our room.

One of the front desk clerks wasn't the friendliest person. However, the other one was. Also, the cleaning staff was very loud in the mornings. Playing music loud and talking very loud outside our room door. Wish breakfast ran just a little later. Plus, it could upgrade the food a bit.

It was close to downtown area within walking distance.

The checkout time was for 12pm and we had someone knocking on the door and trying to get in when it was locked at 11:10 am.

Room was in disrepair. Bathroom door handle looked like it was repaired by a child. Patches of paint missing on wall. Door had terrible patch job on it. Pool could have been nice but was slightly dirty with chlorine was so strong it made your eyes burn.

No housekeeping the whole time we were there. Asked for towels and was told they didn't have any. Didn't seem to care about their guests.
