Breakfast was fresh and miles above the standard hotel brekky. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Views were breathtaking and we did have a chance to see some of the local bears roam the parking lot. Rooms were clean and was our favorite hotel we visited in Tennessee!

The hotel was fabulous! The pool area was really nice, the facilities were great, staff was nice and knowledgeable about their property.

Prices were a little high.

Trolly was great to avoid driving our car. Beautiful views!

1. Fee for breakfast. 2.No one told me the rate will be higher staying on a higher floor than a lower floor. Me and my sister both had the same room type and her room rate was higher than mine and the front desk said that’s because we book a lower floor than my sister when we check out. I did the booking thru third party and no where we were ask which floor to be on. Seems like when we checked in the room, she could mention the rate was different for each room and could have find another room with same rate. At the time of check in didn’t bother to ask with so much going on. Took sick driving to TN but really enjoy ourselves!

Needs some updating When you have a pet and you book it that way if there is an extra charge it needs to be reflected on the online price . Also it was $15 a day for parking , this also needs to be reflective on the online price . Price of stay was $65 dollars more that the price listed

It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Everything was new and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative was that the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was pretty expensive compared to other restaurants nearby.

Great location

Bathroom counter was very small with very limited space for personal toiletry items. Sliding bathroom door offered very limited privacy & most disappointing & horrible was having to run water 15 minutes to even get WARM water! Was told by maintenance as we were on the 3rd floor (over 20 floors) it took longer for water to get to our floor for it to get warm/hot. Not knowing this the 1st night, had to bath & wash my hair in extremely cold water!! Will I stay here again, definitely not on a lower level!

Very tired and in need of refurbishment. Noisy air conditioning, with broken controller. Some very grumpy staff.

Foe the price to stay there, should at least have a complimentary breakfast. Like cereal, cereal bars and donuts. And paying to park at the hotel that you are staying in is ridiculous.

Pool area was WAY too busy to not be attended by someone. Also. I have a mobility issue and the only way down to the pool and hot tub is stairs. with a torn MCL I was not able to use this which was VERY disappointing for my little kids and husband. hopefully they learn to cater to the disabled quickly. I’m pretty sure they have to be ADA compliant!

The Park Vista is an excellent hotel that offers quick access for free Gatlinburg. The Breakfast is phenominal and the staff is top rate. The view from your hotel room is great.

We stayed with my two grandkids, and they loved everything about Park Vista. The room had an amazing view and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The slide at the pool was needing repair and the kids couldn't use it. It was disappointing to them. Also, the rooms were not cleaned because of low staff (which we were fine with), but we ran out of towels because we forgot to get more at the front desk.
