This property was extremely clean. Location is absolutely perfect. Not too close to Bourbon Street where noise can be a bother. Close enough to Bourbon, the Mississippi, Casino, and all of the main things to do in the downtown/French Quarter (short walking distance). Hotel restaurant is very nice and has great food. Cabs are constantly sitting just down the block south. Hotel will securely hold your bags and items before check in and after checkout! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only discrepancy with this property is the shower. I do not know if they designed it to be fancy, but the knobs are very complicated to figure out. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest in the shower, but it’s not terrible. Overall this was not a problem at all. This Hotel has gotten EVERYTHING else right that this little discrepancy did not take away from my trip what so ever.

Never been in jw marriott that bad some staff are not friendly ,had to request house keeping to clean my room every day !? worst breakfast ever, me and work colleagues requested late check out were declined and for other guests complimentary late check out were granted until 4pm ?

Didn't do breakfast this time. Will attempt next time in town. Family time the reason.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in an excellent location! And, the Staff and Service is top notch!!! They provide exceptional service and ensure their customers have everything they need!

Location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, casino and convention center.

I always love staying a JW Marriott and was genuinely excited about our stay. Soon after arriving at the hotel, I had to catch up with co-workers. While I was away my wife was preparing the bed, when she notice some spots on the sheet. After further inspection it revealed the bed linens was soiled with large areas of dried blood. The next steps are what was unacceptable. First they tried to bring a liner, than they come back with a fitted sheet. We wanted the entire bedding changed including the pillows. This took about 3 travels back and fourth to our room before they could finally do a basic cleaning.

We were on the 30th floor at the top. The room was beautiful we could look at a lot of things from our view. The beds were so comfortable and we both sleep so well.

The noise from the other person's room talking loud and bumping and throwing stuff against the wall. As the main entrance is on the other side we called a Lyft and waited on the wrong side. So we kept missing our rides.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great in walking distance to Bourbon Street. The staff were friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Loved view from 30th floor. Room was decorated tastefully. Bathroom was very nice with great shower that worked well. Loved the friendliness of ALL the staff. They were totally helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

We had queen beds and my husband’s bed was not firm enough and he felt like a deep “ trench” had been made previously in the mattress that he could not escape from. My bed felt fine. We could hear next door tv playing which was annoying the second night of our stay.
