It was very comfortable and clean. It really reminded me of a country-style B&B but adapted for downtown Montreal, which was really nice. Yoyo is a very friendly owner and went out of her way to accommodate me even as I had travel/arrival delays. I would return in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Montreal.

The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk away from some of the main entertainment centres so it can be a little bit of a hike, but there are still a lot of great restaruants/pubs/cafés within a few blocks so it's a minor quibble.

EVERYTHING the hostess, Yoyo, is the best PERSON In the world. she is incredible, helpful, delicate, very attentive and extremely kind. she really makes you feel as if you were home. by the way, the room and service is INCREDIBLE! so cozy! so clean! well located! STUNNING! I am really looking forward to coming back. 💜

Great location for exploring the beautiful city of Montreal. I had a large room in this lovely, small B&B, with an en-suite bathroom. The room was beautifully decorated with various art works, warm, large, comfortable and with a huge double bed that was also very comfortable! YoYo, the owner, was a perfect hostess from start to finish, so friendly and welcoming! She greeted me in person at 10pm when I arrived from England, and helped me practice my very poor French (although she spoke perfect English too :-) ) throughout my stay. She cooked a lovely breakfast each day which was left out for me and the other guests at 8.30am - really tasty and served with fresh fruit daily too! Coffee, tea, milk, yoghurts, bread, butter, cheese and snacks available at all times in the breakfast area, to complement breakfast, which was a very nice touch! I met some really interesting other guests staying at La Loggia and really enjoyed my stay, exploring the city by metro and on foot (I was visiting my daughter). The nearest metro station is a few hundred yards away and the immediate area has lots of coffee shops and restaurants, with downtown walk-able in about 30 minutes or accessible via the metro in a few stops. I thoroughly recommend La Loggia and would definitely choose to stay here again on another visit. Merci Beaucoup YoYo!!!

Yo-yo was very helpful - and she makes excellent omelettes! Great tea assortment at breakfast. The room was very spacious and artfully decorated.

It’s a family owned B&B, the owners are extremely nice! The room and the house were super clean, well maintained. The breakfast was always amazing, it was something new every day. The location of the place is very convinient, not far from the subway and the restaurants/bars.

There is a bar next door and it was a bit loud there in the 1st room on Friday and Saturday. On the positive note, you can stay up late at the bar literally next door:)

Great host, amazing home-cooked breakfast, and a very nice outdoor space!

Breakfast was so indulgent both days - crepes, French toast and plenty of fresh fruit. Room was full of colourful interesting art. Host was warm and greeted us despite our late check in, very helpful and friendly.

Superb location, caring hosts, delicious breakfasts, very nice terrace, many small touches that made the stay all the better, like cotton balls and q-tips in room.

Some of the bathroom accessories were installed at an awkward angle, no biggie.

Great location for our purposes. Very good value. The breakfasts were excellent and the little kitchen area for making coffee was well stocked.

Well located. Individual rooms, comfy beds. Very kind and helpful hosts. Breakfast was fruit, cheese, coffee, orange juice, and a second warm dish. Optional cheese and yogurt. Crepes one day, french toast the second day. Eat in garden.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from St. Catherine and the subway. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, even finding a free parking spot for me. Breakfast served every morning was very good. My room was large and comfortable.

Some written information about the room that was located IN the room upon arrival would have been nice. I didn’t know there was a garden that I could sit in until my second day. I also wasn’t sure what to do when checking out, so I just left the keys on the hall table…? Overall it was a very nice stay. I found the steps that led up to the bathroom robe very steep. It should be noted for people who have mobility issues. Thank you for a nice, welcoming stay Yoyo!

Really funky cool building.

Yoyo welcomed you and made everthing easy and comfortable. Great bnb in the heart of Montreal, close to the main bus route to the airport and main metro train station. Visiting Montreal was a breeze from this location. Yoyo's breakfasts are memorable. Thankyou for a great stay! Great sunny back deck for breakfast!

Didn't want to leave!

The host was very welcoming. I loved the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

The disco music from the bar next door kept going till almost 4am
