Clean, well organised . Friendly staff. Was nice to have daily events/activities for those relaxing days.

Not to many shops in walking distance otherwise all good.

I felt that it was dirty compared to the last time I stayed here with the family back in 2019 . Examples are you can see other peoples finger prints in the cabinets , dinning chairs and some crusty food like stuff on them and floors looked like they needed to be mobbed & carnets felt like they hadn’t been shampooed in quite some time. There were also things that I feel need to be changed for future guest . for television there needs to be a TV Guide in the rooms . says Cable TV but you can’t tell when your flipping through channels and it looks like no cable , we asked for a guide and they never brought one up as promised . TV remotes are very hard to work especially when your TV randomly switches from English to Spanish took maintence a good 45 mins to help us out (maintenance was very nice about it ) however it changed back to Spanish few hours later so we just had to not watch TV during the stay. this was quite a different experience than our first stay here . for the price I do not think the Hotel is worth the stay anymore , very unfortunate .

Location was perfect for Disney. Room and hotel facilities very good.. Sun deck superb. Sadly didn't have time to try the pool. Excellent helpful staff.

Comfy beds, bath, microwave & fridge, great location. Small pool although only really for kids not one adults would want to use.

Paying for valet parking given all they did was park in the car park (although valets were great guys). Pushy concierge. Banging on our room door well before 10am checkout - never encountered that rudeness before. No room housekeeping.

We loved how close it was to Disneyland as well as all the food places surrounding the hotel.

Jacuzzi & pool

No breakfast. Beds & couch bed extremely uncomfortable. Not enough blankets.

the property was very clean and felt very safe. location was great very close to everything we needed.

no self parking was available and a $15.00 parking fee for the valet parking that they use to park the vehicles. it was ok I guess but felt bas for the workers very time we needed the vehicle, and also inconvenience that we have to pay for it when we are all ready paying the hotel rates and not our fault there is no space to park.

Location was good.

Hard to last 6 days without some housekeeping

20 minute walk to Disneyland which I didn't mind staff is friendly and helpful pool is kid friendly with small splash pad in all had a very good experience

Not sold on valet to the fact it's right at the entrance and unloading baggage with small children can be a bit concerning while there's cars coming in
