The location.

The place is called “hotel” but basically is a room with a tiny shower/toilet cabin in an old and not well-kept building. The room is decorated with cheap worn-out mix-matched furniture and rusted tabs. There is no telephone, TV or coffee machine, not even a cup to drink water with; no daily room clean up. The photos on the website misrepresent the place. There is no concierge; your contact with the hotel staff is only through email or your cell telephone. I wonder why they charge so much for such a place, and why it is listed in Booking.com. In addition, I do believe that those positive reviews of this place are fake. How could anyone rate this place as "Exceptional"?

The people in the room next door where noisy, they didn't stop talking and vomiting in the bathroom all night.

it is very close to the village, metro the staff was friendly and helpful

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Reception isnt always manned and there is no call button which was frustrating. No tvs in rooms and rooms are small. Would be great for travellers not planning to spend much time at the accommodation.
