Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms.

One room had TV, the other not (same price). One room’s bathroom fan stayed on all night and switch was defective.

Location close to subway, self check-in made easy.

Noise insulation is terrible, for both walls and floor/ceiling, we could hear everything happening in other rooms and common areas, with a lot late at night and early in the morning. Mattress was uncomfortable and sensible to movements, we had bad sleep. It was an expensive place to stay with poor value for money.

There was no breakfast at this location. We had difficulty finding a breakfast place nearby.

It was clean,cozy,and super close to the metro.

There was an old futon in the living room that wasn’t comfortable. Everything else was great about the place.

The beds were comfortable. The place was quiet.

There was a pair of men’s underwear in the medicine cabinet.

Location was really close to Olympic stadium so very convenient. Bed was comfortable.

No TV, was looking forward to watch nhl playoffs but no TV. No pub or restaurant close by with the game on either. Towels had a funny smell. AC didn't work the first night. Old dental pick with floss was found on floor. No body wash in shower. Picture seen on google shows a castle like looking building which this building looks nothing like. Didn't know it was a hostel like shared area. I could hear other people's conversation so no privacy for my conversations.

The location was great, the price was good. The host/staff was very accommodating, let us drop off our bags before our check-in time so we didn't have to carry them when exploring the city. Staff answered any questions we had.

I would like to have received the room check-in instructions closer to the actual date of our stay. The email was sent close my booking date and it quickly got lost because of other emails I received.

Quiet, clean, modern, comfortable, close to the Olympic stadium and botanical gardens

Impersonal - maybe that's the current trend post-COVID.
